朝食が豪華でした。スタッフの方も親切に優しく対応してくださり満足です。

スーペリアルームで2泊しました。 広々としたベッドルーム、独立したクローゼットとシャワー＆バスタブ付きバスルームの2部屋で構成されています。 美しいベッドルームで有名なホテルだとのことで、ベッドや調度品は落ち着いたグリーンとシルバーで統一され、居心地の良い部屋でした。 朝食も5、6種類のメニューから選べたので、1日目はパンケーキ、2日目はエッグベネディクトをいただきました。どちらも美味しかったです。 気になる点の一つは、ホテルの位置。目の前が交通量の多い交差点のため、パトカーの音が夜中もひっきりなしに聞こえました。 また、洗面所は混合栓ではないため、洗顔は水だけでやることに。 夏は快適ですが、冬のバスルームは寒そうです。 ホテルのスタッフは皆笑顔で親切でした。

Everything was good

Genuint hotell där historien sitter i väggarna. Ändå fräscht och väl underhållet. Tysta rum, trots närheten till livlig väg utanför. Mycket trevlig personal. Nära till buss & tåg till London, Richmond och LHR.

Tiger (the bar tender), Poppy and Evie and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful as well as professional. Also the food was very good. But the morning continental and hot breakfasts and the dinners. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The White Hart Hotel was conveniently located. Near public transportation and the train station and for accessing the walking path along the Thames. Also Home Park was just across the street. One can walk through Home Park to the Hampton Court Palace complex. Will definitely stay there again when in London.

All of the staff are wonderful! We stayed 6 nights and everyone was always very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Our room was a bit smaller than we had hoped but the breakfast and pub were delightful.

Very clean throughout the hotel. Good service at the bar and restaurant, excellent food. Breakfast was delicious. The Car park was barrier controlled and needed a code to exit, it was very secure with CCTV.

Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Facilities were good and room was clean and well appointed.

This is a great place to use as a base to see family in our case and visit local places like Richmond and Hampton as well as going into London.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. The bar and garden were very nice. The breakfast was amazing as there was a very good selection. Our room was nice. The only complaint is that the shower door did not shut properly.

We had a wonderful stay at the White Hart Hotel. A+ for cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great location and amazing breakfast. Our room had everything you need and was so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the tea pot and nespresso maker- both replenished with supplies each day - including a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Breakfast was in the charming old pub room. Full English and other choices of hot breakfasts to order, as well as pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice and fruit. We also had dinner in the pub several nights and found the food very good. The location of the hotel was perfect- it is on a busy street but most rooms are on the back and ours was completely quiet at night. Kingston and the river trail are right on the doorstep and we walked everywhere. The staff were so great in helping us learn the bus and train schedules. We took the train into London 2 days (30 minute train ride), the bus to Hampton Court Palace which is nearby on another day, and the express bus to Heathrow airport. We totally recommend this Hotel- we will stay there again for sure!

Enjoyed great options for breakfast. Great stay. We definitely would come again. Just wished the coffee was better.

Excellent location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and free car parking. Fantastic value, food was really tasty, great vegetarian breakfast. Friendly staff, lots of little extras in the rooms like fresh milk, bottled water, sleep mask and ear plugs. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing breakfast. Older but ok jotel.

I love the fact that I have stayed so many times here and each room I’m given has the same charm and character. That are also spacious.
