レインシャワーがあり、快適にシャワー浴びられました。 歯ブラシ、グラスはホテルにないので持参することをおすすめします。

とても部屋は広く快適です。バス付のシャワーなため、気持ちよくくつろげました。 部屋はきれいに掃除されルームサービス、ハウスキーピングのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。また、泊まりたいです。

ネイバーフッドウィークエンダー（フェス）参加の為に利用しました。最寄りのウォリントンバンククォイからは徒歩で10分程。ヴィクトリアパークへは徒歩20分です。フェスとバンクホリデーのせいでかなり高かったです(3万)。チェックイン前後に荷物を預けられなかったのが残念。スタッフの対応はよく、イングリッシュブレックファーストは美味しかったです。

Room and staff

We were given a disabled room, which we didn’t book or ask for. Nobody told us upon check-in either… and we only found out, once in the room. I kindly asked a reception for the right room, only to be sadly told; “we’ve ran out of the rooms you booked”, which was upsetting. The sink was very low-down, which I understand for the people wishing to book this particular room, as it would be perfect for them, however very unpractical for myself and my partner. Much to my dismay, we had other issues too, so I’ve had no choice but to rate our stay as “poor” because on the whole it was and I was promised a refund via Christine, which I’m still waiting for- as I cannot seem to contact any member of staff via their telephone numbers. They all ring out and when I asked reception, they said they’d had issues with it for a while… showing there are many issues ongoing within the hotel, that are yet to be remedied, even though they’re aware of them and create bad customer service for their customers. Such a shame VH.

Room clean beds very comfortable lovely power shower and the pool was great staff always had a smile we will definitely return.

Room was small Room was dirty papers on the floor We arrived 1 hr before check in and I was told it would cost me £15 to do so I decided against it and said I would be back at 3 I joined a queue and by the time I got to the front the available rooms had gone and I had to wait until one was serviced, as I had already paid in advance I thought this was pretty poor service, my room should have been reserved. The room itself was poor quality as it was obviously the only one available My daughter hated it Not happy at all as to how I was treated

Room was spotless. Was cold in the room when i got there but reception kindly supplied a plug in heater to take the chill off.

The room was booked as a club but was nothing short of a double with espresso machine and bag of Haribo. I do. It mind doubles but when you pay the extra!!! Room was full of dust, Bathroom door was dirty. An excuse for a blind and due to the window gaps kept tapping through the night. Stayed at a few Villages over the years and this was by far the worse. F&B, Gym were all spot on

Bra rum, ok frukost

Hotel room was dirty with mould. They moved us to another room which was just as dirty. We left the hotel and would never stay there again. They did refund the full cost but I really hope they refurb this hotel soon
