レインシャワーがあり、快適にシャワー浴びられました。 歯ブラシ、グラスはホテルにないので持参することをおすすめします。

とても部屋は広く快適です。バス付のシャワーなため、気持ちよくくつろげました。 部屋はきれいに掃除されルームサービス、ハウスキーピングのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。また、泊まりたいです。

ネイバーフッドウィークエンダー（フェス）参加の為に利用しました。最寄りのウォリントンバンククォイからは徒歩で10分程。ヴィクトリアパークへは徒歩20分です。フェスとバンクホリデーのせいでかなり高かったです(3万)。チェックイン前後に荷物を預けられなかったのが残念。スタッフの対応はよく、イングリッシュブレックファーストは美味しかったです。

Excessive processes, bar codes, marketing. Reminded of airport check in. Targeting the corporate market. Spa area great. Bar/grill noisy, TVs, music, so lively if that't was you want.

Positives - Rooms good size, swimming pool and gym, Starbucks on site, plenty of parking Negatives - Hotel food including breakfast cold and undercooked. Charged £12.50 for breakfast for a toddler. Rooms not fully cleaned full of dead moths. Moths flying around everywhere. Staff not helpful.

Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!

Village hotels system wouldn’t even give me a refund after I booked the wrong day and had to book there last minute at 22:20

My room was never cleaned, even after I physically went to the front desk and requested service. Additionally, the room had a strong chlorine smell from the pool area, and the hallway consistently smelled like cigarette smoke.

Automated check in with no support staff to be seen. Otherwise a lovely stay and food lovely.

We were charged for breakfast when we thought it was included as paid for a club room, also one of us didn’t even have the breakfast one day!

We stopped for 3 nights in the room witch was classed as a club room there was only 4 coat hangers and no where to put your clothes my where put on the floor I did mention to the front desk and they put another 4 coat hangers in the room but for the price they charge I don’t think we’ll be going back we were only 2 of I definitely think a family of four would struggle

We were given a disabled room, which we didn’t book or ask for. Nobody told us upon check-in either… and we only found out, once in the room. I kindly asked a reception for the right room, only to be sadly told; “we’ve ran out of the rooms you booked”, which was upsetting. The sink was very low-down, which I understand for the people wishing to book this particular room, as it would be perfect for them, however very unpractical for myself and my partner. Much to my dismay, we had other issues too, so I’ve had no choice but to rate our stay as “poor” because on the whole it was and I was promised a refund via Christine, which I’m still waiting for- as I cannot seem to contact any member of staff via their telephone numbers. They all ring out and when I asked reception, they said they’d had issues with it for a while… showing there are many issues ongoing within the hotel, that are yet to be remedied, even though they’re aware of them and create bad customer service for their customers. Such a shame VH.

Room clean beds very comfortable lovely power shower and the pool was great staff always had a smile we will definitely return.
