とても部屋は広く快適です。バス付のシャワーなため、気持ちよくくつろげました。 部屋はきれいに掃除されルームサービス、ハウスキーピングのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。また、泊まりたいです。

Sound proofing isn’t the best and the room is very basic for 4 star. Staff were lovely and helpful. Really disappointed I had the pay extra for the car park though.

Everything was clean ,the air conditioning was not working ,just blowing air ownly,the layout of the room could do with a better design ,ie.another chair .a bench to rest the case on instead of on the floor,the lighting was very dark over the small brewing table

Check in was a little slow but staff were friendly and apologetic once we were seen. Self check in didn't seem to work for us. Otherwise all good.

Air conditioning did not work but the room was really hot, you couldn't open the windows apart from a crack due to safety locks so hotel room was really hot. Building works on my floor so the area smelt of paint, coming down the stairs from floor 2 the paint isn't finished off needs all cutting in.

Struggled to get in and out the bath to have a shower as there was no handrail - I felt very unsafe. Even if there had been an additional non-slip mat available to go into the bath it would have helped. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was perfectly fine. Impressed that there was an iron and ironing board in there and I didnt gave to ask for one. Sound proofing not quite so good as I could here next door room late into the night. I would stay again but ask for a room with stand alone shower

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms were spotless and the amenities were excellent. Really nice breakfast, everything was hot and fresh, nice bar too, would definitely come here again.

Excessive processes, bar codes, marketing. Reminded of airport check in. Targeting the corporate market. Spa area great. Bar/grill noisy, TVs, music, so lively if that't was you want.

Positives - Rooms good size, swimming pool and gym, Starbucks on site, plenty of parking Negatives - Hotel food including breakfast cold and undercooked. Charged £12.50 for breakfast for a toddler. Rooms not fully cleaned full of dead moths. Moths flying around everywhere. Staff not helpful.

Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!

Village hotels system wouldn’t even give me a refund after I booked the wrong day and had to book there last minute at 22:20

My room was never cleaned, even after I physically went to the front desk and requested service. Additionally, the room had a strong chlorine smell from the pool area, and the hallway consistently smelled like cigarette smoke.
