Very nice hotel in Bailgate, we will return here on our next visit to Lincoln. A special mention for Chris who located an important lost letter for my wife and sent it to us the next day. The White Hart also has a great restaurant.

Great place to stay, the room was amazing, the bathroom was wonderful. Only slight let down was breakfast as the staff took ages to came and get my order and they start clearing everything bang in 11, without even asking the 2 remaining couples in the restaurant if they have finished. Either then that was great. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was great, the food was tasty, fresh and well worth the money. I will recommend and will return.

Poor service when asking for WiFi and told it wasn’t working in our room, booked a king bed and had two poorly pushed together singles. A real shame as the hotel could be so great.

Room spotless, all staff were lovely and great its dog friendly
But, having to go to a seperate room for breakfast with dog and sit on your own, then have to go back to main room for juice, toast etc is a bit of a shame
When everywhere else is dog friendly it just felt a bit of a dull moment
We would absolutely stay again though

Pleasant Hotel with an Oldie world feel with modern touches in best location for visiting the Magnificent Lincoln Cathedral. Friendly Service Staff. Welcoming Reception Area.
