ホテルのビーチからシュノーケルで魚が沢山見え、波も穏やかで子ども子連れでも楽しめると思いました。シュノーケルやカヌーなどアクティビティも無料で楽しめ、フィジーダンスなどオプショナルツアーにいかなくても体験できるイベントもあり楽しかったです。

●午後2時にチェックインなのでロビーで呼ばれるまで待つように言われて待っていたが、2時半になっても放置。こちらから聞いたら鍵を渡されたが、案内もポーターもなし。 ●部屋の掃除は終わっていたがタオルがない。廊下でルームサービスを呼び止めたら、あとで持っていくと言われて来たのは二時間後。 ●プールサイドやビーチのベッドは占領されていて常に空きがない。みていると何時間もタオルを置きっぱなしにしているだけで誰も使っていない ●イタリアンと日本食のレストランはどちらもこの値段なのに？と驚くほど低いクオリティ ●Wi-Fiは24時間無料と案内され、しかも一度もアクセスしていないにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にインターネット使用料が10ドルチャージされていた ●壁が薄いのか、廊下の声が近く聞こえてうるさい、特にルームサービスの従業員の話し声 ●部屋は常にカビの匂いがする。トイレの換気をつけっぱなしにしないと下水の匂いもする これで五つ星といっているのだから驚きです。オススメはしません。

食事が、内容と値段があわない。

今まで、たくさんのホテルを利用してきましたが、ここのホテルはとてもひどかった。 部屋の悪臭、シーツ枕カバーの生乾き臭、ベッド自体の湿気 友人の泊まった隣の部屋はバスルームの水漏れ シーツ交換のための電話5回、対応してくれたのは1時間半後。 スタッフも衛生的ではなく、これでは匂いにも気付かないだろうと思いました。 結局、ベッドでは眠れず、デイベッドで寝る羽目に・・ ジャパニーズレストランさざなみは、寿司と刺身を提供しているだけで、あれを日本食と言わないでほしい。すべてにおいて改善が必要なホテル。 頑張っているスタッフもいたので評価２にしましたが、本来は１です

Everything was perfect. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and all the different restaurant experiences were fantastic. Swim up pool bar was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious

Beautiful room, very tidy and perfect amount of decorations. Had everything you need. Staff was very amazing!! Facilities were amazing. Food was amazing. Stunning views and the most bestest activities that were free. Amazing

The employees were wonderful! Can't say enough about how friendly everyone was, especially Ma at the Bar, Chelly, the whole staff at the Wicked Walu, and Kini who cleaned our room. Only issue we had was at the Japanese restaurant both times we ate there. 1st night they forgot 2 people's entrees. We had to ask 3 times for them. 2nd night they delivered our drinks and appetizer after we finished our entrees. We ordered water and some cocktails. We were getting ready to leave. There was no apology, just a blank look from the head cashier. I would recommend never eating there, food was also sub par. Everything else was great.

Rooms were very clean but a little outdated. Staff were all helpful and very friendly. Great place to relax.

We turned up and it took over an hour to check in because there was an issue with our room. Once in our room, the bathroom was dirty with hairs and sticky smudge marks and the joining room had some sort of spilt milk all over the floor making the room smell foul. After discussing with staff we were moved but lost the joining rooms and were placed in separate rooms on different sides of the hallway, which was a problem as we were travelling with4 kids, 2 small kids and an older daughter with autism made it tricky with separate rooms. My husband and I ended up having to be in separate rooms .This definitely left us feeling disappointed, especially on a family holiday. Food was so overpriced and very average. Pool water was dirty and our daughter ended up watching the a staph infection. Staff were absolutely beautiful. Duty manager Seru was amazing. Restaurant staff were happy, kind and always helpful . The beach was beautiful, absolutely stunning.

overall good and nice place to stay although I would recommend that people go full board as the food and drinks are very expensive and unless you hire a car there is not much choice locally within walking distance, otherwise it has most things you need. Servicing the rooms was a bit slow but it might have been to short staffing over xmas. All the staff are friendly.

Rummen var ok. Maten i buffén var rätt kass. Stranden var inte allt så vacker som på andra ställen. Mycket sjögräs i vattnet och svårt att bada när det inte var högvatten. Poolen överfull, inte en chans till en solstol. Gymmet var ok. Skulle inte boka detta igen. Vi bodde på Hideaway innan och där var stranden mycket finare och knappt något folk längst stranden.

Clean, lush, not too crowded, very warm and helpful staff. Heaps of activities. We, 2 adults, stayed only 2 days but loved it and could have happily stayed a week or more.

The whole facility was dated and falling apart, every chair I sat on felt like it was about to collapse and loads of broken and loose tiles in the kids pool which is dangerous, food very mediocre and massively overpriced for what it is, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, facilities were very impressive and breakfast was spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back again soon!

Staff were amazing.

We enjoyed relaxing around the pool and upstairs bar. The activities provided were awesome to spectate and enjoy. The gym facilities were top quality. The air hockey could do with renewing it's showing age and wear and tear. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was exceptional and this alone will encourage us to return again.

The staff are amazing - all of them. Nothing was a problem and we were made to feel welcome. Rooms were clean and serviced daily, great choice of restaurants and spaces for everyone. We will definitely go back.
