ホテルのビーチからシュノーケルで魚が沢山見え、波も穏やかで子ども子連れでも楽しめると思いました。シュノーケルやカヌーなどアクティビティも無料で楽しめ、フィジーダンスなどオプショナルツアーにいかなくても体験できるイベントもあり楽しかったです。

●午後2時にチェックインなのでロビーで呼ばれるまで待つように言われて待っていたが、2時半になっても放置。こちらから聞いたら鍵を渡されたが、案内もポーターもなし。 ●部屋の掃除は終わっていたがタオルがない。廊下でルームサービスを呼び止めたら、あとで持っていくと言われて来たのは二時間後。 ●プールサイドやビーチのベッドは占領されていて常に空きがない。みていると何時間もタオルを置きっぱなしにしているだけで誰も使っていない ●イタリアンと日本食のレストランはどちらもこの値段なのに？と驚くほど低いクオリティ ●Wi-Fiは24時間無料と案内され、しかも一度もアクセスしていないにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にインターネット使用料が10ドルチャージされていた ●壁が薄いのか、廊下の声が近く聞こえてうるさい、特にルームサービスの従業員の話し声 ●部屋は常にカビの匂いがする。トイレの換気をつけっぱなしにしないと下水の匂いもする これで五つ星といっているのだから驚きです。オススメはしません。

食事が、内容と値段があわない。

今まで、たくさんのホテルを利用してきましたが、ここのホテルはとてもひどかった。 部屋の悪臭、シーツ枕カバーの生乾き臭、ベッド自体の湿気 友人の泊まった隣の部屋はバスルームの水漏れ シーツ交換のための電話5回、対応してくれたのは1時間半後。 スタッフも衛生的ではなく、これでは匂いにも気付かないだろうと思いました。 結局、ベッドでは眠れず、デイベッドで寝る羽目に・・ ジャパニーズレストランさざなみは、寿司と刺身を提供しているだけで、あれを日本食と言わないでほしい。すべてにおいて改善が必要なホテル。 頑張っているスタッフもいたので評価２にしましたが、本来は１です

Some days the towel hut ran out of towels. Every day the restaurants were fully booked so you were relegated to back rooms. Many instances of disrepair across the resort. We stayed at two other resorts around Fiji and even the “Bula” from the staff were less emotive at the Warwick. Everything else met expectations but things like not having towels and not being able to be seated for dinner are not acceptable.

Smell of sewer front of hotel area

Just came back from a week at the warwick, I have been to Fiji 8 times before but first time at this hotel. Long 2 hour drive from the airport, but cannot fault the hotel. The place was clean, the restaurants all had great food and the staff were all amazing. The people are one of the reasons we always head to Fiji. Rooms did smell a little without the aircon on so just make sure its on and its fine, the cleaners generally turn them off. The beach ended up being closed for 3 days due to box jellies but when it was open you can Snorkle right from the hotel, kids loved the kayaking and the sea was definitely warmer than the pool. We def made the most of the happy hours which are 2-3, 5-7pm. The Frog/Crab race and bingo were fun when you actually win some cash not like other hotels where its an ice cream etc. Only issues we had was you cannot buy bottles of soft drinks in the shop for the room which, is a first so bring some with you as nothing around. some activities don't go ahead like Karoke or ones at 10pm. The Shopping trip excursion was disappointing. I loved my stay at the Warwick

Ein wirklich freundliches und gut geführtes Hotel! Zum Schnorcheln und für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Persönlich hätte ich mir nur: A) eine stabile Wifi-Verbindung ohne Zusatzkosten, B) Cappuccino zum Frühstück, C) Honig auf dem Frühstücksbuffet gewünscht

Had a good holiday at the Warwick. 3rd time back there. Food was disappointing this time. Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as the last times. Staff are wonderful. Sunset bar was closed for Reno’s which was a pity as we enjoyed going there last time. Such a beautiful spot and nice snorkeling straight infront of the resort.

Friendly helpful staff. Great snorkeling straight out infront of the resort. Wicked Walu food was amazing. Buffet breakfast isn’t as great as it used to be.

Breakfast is included which was a huge array of different foods and you could bring small Tupperware to take some “extras to-go” to munch on later! ;) The water snakes are NOT poisonous. Staff is great and helpful. There was an adult pool tha seemed more for Seniors. The main pool was nice, even with the week-behaved kids for the adults to hang out at with the swim up bar. The hibachi restaurant is awesome and so is the one on the little island for seafood! Make sure you make reservations in advance for the dinner! The waterfall close by is closed so I highly recommend you do the RIVER TUBING where they take you to a huge waterfall about an hour away from the hotel!!!! (Ask the hotel staff that scheduled events - brochure pic is included in my review) They have a salon and do an amazing job for hair services. They washed and braided my hair for a reasonable amount. The braiding here is exceptional! They use very good quality products and the braiding was FAST! Make sure to book with them! :) Book your travel to/from the airport in advance. We took the bus for $15 Fiji $ but took almost 3hrs with the bus stops.

Ive known the warick since it was known as the Hyatt. So its been around for a while. And rooms and property has been maintained to to high standard for its age. The staff are great as per usual. Hot tub wasn't working but the weather made up for it. All bars bars and bar staff grea

Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe. The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more. The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms. The spa is so beautiful they do the best massages I’ve ever had very expensive but relaxing I get every year for our anniversary with hubby in a couples room. The sports bar looks amazing with a big screen inside which is awesome as us from Australia love watching the footy every Thurs Friday sat and Sunday night. The only thing I suggest to the boss is to put the singers back to infront of the sunset bar again as there more visible everyone can see them outside when walking around the resort they can get a drink from the bar and listen to there beautiful voices not hidden away inside the sports bar as not everyone goes inside here.

Beautiful resort friendly people especially Ame, Sala, sarleen,wame. To the owner of the resort I recommend highly the singers to go back and sing infront of the sunset bar as more people are walking past there and will see them more instead of having them inside of the sports bar infront of the big screen there that looks amazing and us from Australia love watching the footy Thurs Friday and sat nights and can’t as the singer is right in front of the screen. Love the renovated rooms they look so much better and smell better less mould then the old rooms.
