ホテルのビーチからシュノーケルで魚が沢山見え、波も穏やかで子ども子連れでも楽しめると思いました。シュノーケルやカヌーなどアクティビティも無料で楽しめ、フィジーダンスなどオプショナルツアーにいかなくても体験できるイベントもあり楽しかったです。

●午後2時にチェックインなのでロビーで呼ばれるまで待つように言われて待っていたが、2時半になっても放置。こちらから聞いたら鍵を渡されたが、案内もポーターもなし。 ●部屋の掃除は終わっていたがタオルがない。廊下でルームサービスを呼び止めたら、あとで持っていくと言われて来たのは二時間後。 ●プールサイドやビーチのベッドは占領されていて常に空きがない。みていると何時間もタオルを置きっぱなしにしているだけで誰も使っていない ●イタリアンと日本食のレストランはどちらもこの値段なのに？と驚くほど低いクオリティ ●Wi-Fiは24時間無料と案内され、しかも一度もアクセスしていないにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にインターネット使用料が10ドルチャージされていた ●壁が薄いのか、廊下の声が近く聞こえてうるさい、特にルームサービスの従業員の話し声 ●部屋は常にカビの匂いがする。トイレの換気をつけっぱなしにしないと下水の匂いもする これで五つ星といっているのだから驚きです。オススメはしません。

食事が、内容と値段があわない。

今まで、たくさんのホテルを利用してきましたが、ここのホテルはとてもひどかった。 部屋の悪臭、シーツ枕カバーの生乾き臭、ベッド自体の湿気 友人の泊まった隣の部屋はバスルームの水漏れ シーツ交換のための電話5回、対応してくれたのは1時間半後。 スタッフも衛生的ではなく、これでは匂いにも気付かないだろうと思いました。 結局、ベッドでは眠れず、デイベッドで寝る羽目に・・ ジャパニーズレストランさざなみは、寿司と刺身を提供しているだけで、あれを日本食と言わないでほしい。すべてにおいて改善が必要なホテル。 頑張っているスタッフもいたので評価２にしましたが、本来は１です

The balcony had a beautiful view over the gardens to the sea. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with many many choices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were many activities available if you chose like weaving, tie dying… and during the evening most evenings a show, like island dancing, fire dancing, island singing… and… I really liked it was quiet by 10pm.

The spa prices were very expensive. Water activities were constantly cancelled and only available on high tide - this should be advertised. Otherwise staff very friendly and accommodating. Some areas looked a little tried.

Incredible views with a luxurious feeling. Staff was amazing and catered to all our needs. Drinks were enjoyable and added to our relaxing vacation.

The most wonderful stay EVER. Perfect for families and an extra special celebration for our daughter’s birthday. I am recommending the Warwick to anyone who will listen. 10/10

Excellent resort, friendly staff, family friendly with a good variety of entertainment options.

Since COVID and the weather storms the whole of Fiji has struggled outside of the resort the land is under cared for and looks ugly 😭

We stayed 2 weeks, but did not know things about resort until the end of stay. We were given no info at checkin about dining options. Very expensive drinks and buffets. We enjoyed the stay as resort is nice and staff friendly and helpful. Hot water for showers was very erratic or not available.

What can I say about Warwick Resort other than Spectacular, Amazing and Wonderful place to stay in Fiji. We totally recommend it for a Family friendly, Luxurious, Impressive and relaxing place to stay in Fiji. The people that work there are the most accommodating, friendly and wonderful service oriented staff that ensure your stay is the best it could be. Thanks to Warwick Resort and your people, we will be a regularly returning family for many years to come and will be recommending you to everyone we meet. Keep it up guys, you are awesome!

I’m having trouble receiving a refund for double booking they took 2 lots of money out of my account double charge our accommodation also $FD 250 deposit paid on arrival it’s now 14 days not good enough

Excellent resort- high caliber, excellent service from friendly staff who go put of their way to help. Beautiful location with great restaurants.

A wonderful stay in the most glorious relaxed setting. The resort is having some renovations currently but it did not interfere with our stay. Staff were so hospitable and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family.

The included breakfast was the same every day and got a bit monotonous. Had a really disappointing group dinner there - the price of each meal was very high ($90FJD for a steak) but most of the meals were revolting and the staff in that setting were hostil. That took the shine off our stay
