ワーウィック フィジー

ホテルのビーチからシュノーケルで魚が沢山見え、波も穏やかで子ども子連れでも楽しめると思いました。シュノーケルやカヌーなどアクティビティも無料で楽しめ、フィジーダンスなどオプショナルツアーにいかなくても体験できるイベントもあり楽しかったです。

●午後2時にチェックインなのでロビーで呼ばれるまで待つように言われて待っていたが、2時半になっても放置。こちらから聞いたら鍵を渡されたが、案内もポーターもなし。 ●部屋の掃除は終わっていたがタオルがない。廊下でルームサービスを呼び止めたら、あとで持っていくと言われて来たのは二時間後。 ●プールサイドやビーチのベッドは占領されていて常に空きがない。みていると何時間もタオルを置きっぱなしにしているだけで誰も使っていない ●イタリアンと日本食のレストランはどちらもこの値段なのに？と驚くほど低いクオリティ ●Wi-Fiは24時間無料と案内され、しかも一度もアクセスしていないにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にインターネット使用料が10ドルチャージされていた ●壁が薄いのか、廊下の声が近く聞こえてうるさい、特にルームサービスの従業員の話し声 ●部屋は常にカビの匂いがする。トイレの換気をつけっぱなしにしないと下水の匂いもする これで五つ星といっているのだから驚きです。オススメはしません。

食事が、内容と値段があわない。

今まで、たくさんのホテルを利用してきましたが、ここのホテルはとてもひどかった。 部屋の悪臭、シーツ枕カバーの生乾き臭、ベッド自体の湿気 友人の泊まった隣の部屋はバスルームの水漏れ シーツ交換のための電話5回、対応してくれたのは1時間半後。 スタッフも衛生的ではなく、これでは匂いにも気付かないだろうと思いました。 結局、ベッドでは眠れず、デイベッドで寝る羽目に・・ ジャパニーズレストランさざなみは、寿司と刺身を提供しているだけで、あれを日本食と言わないでほしい。すべてにおいて改善が必要なホテル。 頑張っているスタッフもいたので評価２にしましたが、本来は１です

The included breakfast was the same every day and got a bit monotonous. Had a really disappointing group dinner there - the price of each meal was very high ($90FJD for a steak) but most of the meals were revolting and the staff in that setting were hostil. That took the shine off our stay

Room, staff and resort was perfect. Only downfall is it’s far away from everything else town, markets, activities etc. About 2hr drive from Nadi airport

The resort was nice, snorkelling was amazing and the staff were very friendly. It is a bit of a drive from the airport (2 hours) and not easy to do day trips from as Port Denarau is an hour and half away. They were renovating the adults only section which did not have any impact to us. The only fault we had was the beds were terrible very uncomfortable and need to be updated.

Great olace

The Warwick is a great place. Please note it is a 2 hour taxi from the airport but the Coral Coast is amazing. As of Aug 25 the resort is being renovated (which it needs) but the facilities and staff were fab.

Bar and dining is very expensive. Air conditioning in the room very noisy. The lounge chair cushions are dirty. Jacuzzi not hot enough and the water was brown and a bit smelly. The speakers at the pool bar were in poor condition resulting in a lot of distortion when the music was loud. All small things but otherwise a very nice resort and we will definitely like to come back.

First time staying at the Warwick after many holidays staying at other Fijian resorts. Will definitely return. Great facilities. Lots of activities. Picturesque resort. Activities staff are very engaging. Option of two separate pools was great. Dining options were good. Price of food is steep but included breakfast helps the budget! Recommend the Warwick!

the Wicked Walu seafood restaurant is a must do, food is excellent and location divine. if you don’t want an organised day out local express buses stop at the top of the entrance drive on the roadside and are great value. for adults there is an adult only pool and three happy hours a day on offer

Land und Leute waren sehr nett zu uns, Fischen ist dort die beste activity

Wonderful holiday

The Warwick was great area. Room was beautiful balcony ocean view. Bathroom floor wasn't tilted enough so water ran out. Restaurants were a little hit and miss. However would return.

So many fun activities for families. Great selection of dining. Kids club was awesome. Bring your own snorkels. Room is tired but we hardly spent any time in it, basically lived in the pool. Staff were fantastic.

The bufet rules at night time was confusing at night, and staff where a bit stressful at that time. They need to prepare some instruction for guests to understand the prices and proceses, specially considering that their logistics changed id there was a private function. But otherwise was a great place, clean, with very welcoming staff, great facilities.

This is not a 5-star hotel. I never normally do reviews. Before I do, I just want to say that the staff were great and tried their very best. This is a management/ownership issue, the resort is tired and run down. This was a family holiday with 12 of us split over 6 rooms. 1. Booked 6 x rooms (3 x Qu/Sgl + 3 x Dbl/Dbl). This was important because of the people we had travelling. We also requested in advance that two of the rooms to be interconnecting which was confirmed that this would be planned into the scheduling. Arrived (1am) to learn we had 5 x Queen/Single, 1 x Double/Double, no interconnecting rooms and spread all over the resort, not near each other. Told fully booked, nothing could be done. Too tired to argue. 2. We ended up getting shifted after two days to an interconnecting room (took us a couple of goes to get that sorted). Later that day, had to be shifted from that interconnecting room to another interconnecting room as that one had plumbing issues. The second interconnecting room had no hot water and had to get that sorted out too. 3. Multiple rooms without TV channels working. 4. Multiple instances of having to go up and order because no one was serving us or around to take our order. 5. Some of our other rooms had plumbing issues. 6. Apart from teppanyaki and wicked walu had to pre-order our dinner meals for the restaurants. On arrival, it all came out straight away (entrees and mains) and most instances overcooked. Not 5-star hotel standard.
