This is a former Olympic training center now used by local youth as a full time training facility so there's a LOT of kids and families staying here but everyone was polite and well behaved. There was no nonsense. There are two food facilities on site - a snack bar that has sandwiches, burgers and snacks and the cafeteria used to feed the athletes and provide the free breakfast. Both were very good. I highly recommend the in-room sauna rooms if you can get them. Note this is an easy to get to place from the airport but there is nothing within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable but there's no way to turn up the heat in the rooms. TV is very limited. You'll be Uber'ing to town and every where else from here. But thats not a deal braker. it was a good place to stay.

L’hôtel est parfait pour un séjour en famille
Il y a même une piscine un spa et un espace bowling. Il y a également un service de location pour matériel de ski.
L’hôtel est à 10 minutes du centre ville en voiture parfait pour les balade en forêt
Le seul point négatif est que le buffet petit déjeuner et repas est difficile à trouver et pas très bien indiqué.
Sinon je recommande vivement

Amazing value
Only stayed two nights and didn't get chance to use the pool or bowling, but the food was good.

リーズナブルな値段設定で部屋は広く清潔でした。市街地から歩いて行ける距離の所にあり、歩道と車道が完全に分離しているため、公園を散歩する感覚でホテルにたどり着く事が出来ます。なんといってもお勧めは、現地の方々が利用するフィンランド本場のサウナが利用できる事でしょうか。みなさんサウナで汗を流した後は水着に着替えてプールで泳いでましたが、私はサウナの後のプールの事は知らなかったのでサウナだけでした。ホテルのスタッフの方も、現地の方々もとても親切です。またロヴァニエミに行く機会があったらまた利用します。

駅や市内からは結構離れています。体力のある方や若い方なら歩いて行くことも不可能ではありません。ですが、私のような貧乏旅行でなければタクシーを使うことをお勧めします。リゾートホテルという感じで家族連れが多かったです。部屋は綺麗です。プールやジャグジーもありました。朝食のバイキングは普通に美味しかったです。

Gutes Hotel, leider etwas außerhalb, so dass für alle Aktivitäten ein Taxi benötigt wird. Keine Restaurants o.ä. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück in der Kantine war sehr basic. Vergleichbar mit Jugendherberge.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this hotel, which is ideally located for nature lovers. It’s surrounded by beautiful landscapes, making it perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring. The hotel itself was comfortable and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures.

I recently stayed with two friends at Santasport Resort Hotel and we were impressed by its peaceful location and the kindness of the staff. Despite being away from the hustle and bustle, there are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy—both indoors and outdoors —which make it a great choice for families or a group of friends or anyone looking to stay active. It never gets boring.
While the accommodation was comfortable and the service top-notch, the breakfast was unfortunately a letdown. It lacked quality and didn’t meet the same high standard as the rest of the hotel’s offerings. Overall, though, if you’re seeking a relaxing getaway with friendly staff and lots to do, this hotel is well worth considering—just be aware that breakfast might not be the highlight of your stay.

Excellent, cost effective place to stay in Rovaniemi. This was a fraction of the cost of staying near Santa Claus Village, and only a 10-15 minute drive away. We have a 6 year old and this place was just perfect for us. It was great having a water park, bowling alley, and kids play area all in the same building, and we loved being able to head right outside for cross country skiing. Plus we really liked the grill restaurant for a cheap but crowd pleasing dinner. Couldn’t recommend this enough for families!
