This is a former Olympic training center now used by local youth as a full time training facility so there's a LOT of kids and families staying here but everyone was polite and well behaved. There was no nonsense. There are two food facilities on site - a snack bar that has sandwiches, burgers and snacks and the cafeteria used to feed the athletes and provide the free breakfast. Both were very good. I highly recommend the in-room sauna rooms if you can get them. Note this is an easy to get to place from the airport but there is nothing within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable but there's no way to turn up the heat in the rooms. TV is very limited. You'll be Uber'ing to town and every where else from here. But thats not a deal braker. it was a good place to stay.

Excellent, cost effective place to stay in Rovaniemi. This was a fraction of the cost of staying near Santa Claus Village, and only a 10-15 minute drive away. We have a 6 year old and this place was just perfect for us. It was great having a water park, bowling alley, and kids play area all in the same building, and we loved being able to head right outside for cross country skiing. Plus we really liked the grill restaurant for a cheap but crowd pleasing dinner. Couldn’t recommend this enough for families!
