お部屋はモダンで清潔でとても可愛らしいホテルでした！モンパルナスからTERを利用するためこのホテルにしました。Pernetyからはすぐですが、モンパルナスからは少し歩きましたがオシャレなホテルに泊まりたかったので満足です。観光客が少ない分かえって治安が気になると言うか夜の独り歩きは少し怖かったです。モノプリも近くにあるし、ヴァンヴ蚤の市も歩いて行けました。ローカルを気分を味わうには最適なエリアだと思いますが、ロワシーバスの停留所からは95番バスで40分ほどかかりますので空港からはタクシーやUberが良いと思います。初めての方には向かないですが、パリに何度か行かれてる方なら良いと思います^_^

ホテル、部屋はきれいで快適。エレベーターがパリプチホテルで良くある極小だったので荷物を持って2人はキツキツ、まあ、問題なし。夜は周囲は静かでぐっすり眠れた。CDG空港までのバス停まで徒歩10分だったかな。レセプションは英語まったく問題なし。

どのスタッフの方もとても親切で何をお願いしても肯定的に考えてくれストレスなく過ごせました。お部屋に簡易でもいいので冷蔵庫があったらいうことありません。このままのお値段で是非今まで通りのサービスをしていただければと思います。

最寄駅が13番線のpermetyで、直ぐなのは良いが、これのみ。バスの路線が使えないのが残念。 ４つ星ではあるが、ミニバーと冷蔵庫、カフェセットなども無く、自分で持っていくか、ルームサービスを頼むしかないのは、不便。 その他は、とてもモダンデザインで、清潔感あり快適。

My room, though very small, was clean with good bed pillows, linens and towels. The bath towel was good sized, and both shampoo and conditioner were provided. The heating/cooling worked well, and though only two floors above a courtyard, overall the room was quiet. The suitcase rack was torn making it difficult to balance my bag on it, and I would have liked a bit more shelving. I think two people in this particular room would have been uncomfortable. Overall, the breakfast was good, several hot items, pastries, yogurts, breads, cheeses, meats and juices. The staff was efficient and mostly friendly, a bit of that French aloofness. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city with many little cafes and shops for necessities, food and drugstore items. It’s near a train station and a block from access to the metro line that can take you to many of Paris’ most popular areas directly or with only one change. And the price is very reasonable for Paris.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour Paris. Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Literie de qualité. Les petits-déjeuners étaient excellent. Très bon accueil, nous avons pu disposer des chambres une heure avant l'heure prévue.

The hotel has unfortunately paid more attention to design than to functionality or cleanliness. My room had a standard keycard-operated lighting system: slip the card into the mechanism and the lights turn on. Unfortunately, the mechanism was broken and the lights kept turning off after 5 minutes. Additionally, the electronic lock on the door was entirely non-functional, so it was impossible to secure the room. Lastly, there was a human fluids stain on the velour runner decorating the bed, which the housekeeping staff covered—with the bath towels—as though one would want to use a towel that had touched whatever was deposited on the runner. When I alerted the reception staff to all this they said that they could not move me to a new room as the hotel was fully booked. (Who knows.) They then put off finding a “solution” till the next day once the management was consulted. After saying they would reach out to me, I was the one who had to follow up. They offered me two glasses of champagne (!) as compensation. Since I don’t drink, I said that I wouldn’t be able to accept. Later that day, I checked back and they now offered me a bottle of champagne. Turns out I still don’t drink (!) so once again I said that I could not accept. I was then encouraged to write a review, if I wanted. Here we are. Strip away the niceties of design (which, incidentally, are starting to look shabby), what you’re left with is a two-star experience in the most generous assessment.

Bien, mais j'ai du changer de chambre pour odeur nauséabonde! Ils ont donné une plus petite chambre que ce que j'avais au depart ... sans compensation

Lovely

It was a pleasant stay. Very comfortable. Close to transit. The a/c wasn’t working our last day but everything else was fine. Cleaning staff was great. Hotel staff was also friendly.

This hotel had the most friendliest staff ever! Any need my wife and I had was met with smiles. The location was perfect! 250 meters to the entrance of the metro. We could get anywhere in Paris we wanted to go in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer. Aucun superflu (pas de miroir dans la chambre, dommage quand le miroir est embué par la douche) . Dégradation apparente (porte, miroir, murs..). Chambre pmr attribuée sans consultation donc miroir trop bas par exemple. Petit déjeuné facturé 23€ pour une variété qui n’est pas du tout au rdv. Heureusement que le personnel est serviable et sympathique.

Super freundlich, sauber, sehr schöne Zimmer. Zu Fuß vieles erreichbar, gerade wer in Richtung st. Germain möchte, kann von hier aus einen kleinen Spaziergang unternehmen.

Super beautiful hotel, closely located to the metro bringing you across Paris. Friendly service, nicely decorated. Rooms are perfect for a city trip in Paris

La ubicación y el hotel en si, están bien, ahora los empleados que trabajan en recepción no están a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni por asomo. Pareciera que te hacen un favor atendiéndote. El desayuno está bastante bien.
