D'win Hotel

最低の宿泊でした。 パリの宿泊施設が高騰していたとはいえ、このホテルでありえない金額でした。(予約した時期を失敗しました。) チェックインの際にデポジット100ユーロを請求され、チェックアウトの際に返金すると言っていたのにされませんでした。 数日後にクレジットカードの明細から消えていたので削除したと思われるが、何の連絡もなし。 また、チェックインの際にインボイスをお願いしたら、チェックアウトの際に渡すと言われたが、用意されておらず、飛行機の時間も差し迫っていたので焦った。 エアコンがフロントのコントロールでこちらで操作できず、いちいちフロントまで出向いて調整してもらう必要があった。 重いトランクがあるのに4階まで登らないといけなかった。 本当に最低のホテルです。 宿泊は絶対におすすめしません。

Wi-Fiが安定していたのはよかった。 ホテルの向かいにクラブがあり、深夜まで客が騒いでることがある。

スタッフが親切で心地よく滞在することができました。立地が良く、また利用したい。

立地は最高。賑やかなマレ地区にあり、ほぼ目の前という感覚の市庁舎（観光案内所）で地図を入手し、情報収集することが可。シテやルーブルは余裕で徒歩圏内、ルーブルを越えたらそのまま直進して凱旋門まで、更に頑張ってエッフェル塔まで散歩もできる。 シングルはシャワールームが狭い点を除けば、部屋自体は思いのほか余裕のある広さ。ダブルはバスタブ付きで、部屋の広さも十分。室内の柱もアクセントの一つ。 朝食はシンプルすぎるという感じなので、好みによるかな。コーヒーはマシンでセルフ。 難点は、どこのホテルでもそうだが、まあ音がよく響く。廊下の足音、トイレを流す音。夜でも隣室のドアがバタン！と閉まる音（これは人の問題か）。

Staff was helpful

This was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location in the center of the Marais is pretty perfect. The bathroom and my sheets were very clean. Everything else in the building seemed shabby and stained--both walls and carpets. No elevator, btw, and the stairs are steep and slanted. The place simply needs a major (I am sure it would be very expensive) refresh. I felt rescued by this hotel though, as I was there during the recent major heat wave and they have a split duct ac unit in the rooms. That was worth everything. I was grateful to have found my way there. would I stay there again? Probably not but in a pinch, I would not hesitate.

No elevator and the steps and there are quite a few steps to get to our room on the second floor. Difficult with large baggage. The AC could not keep up with the heat outside, granted it was the hottest days in history in Paris. Ok area, but there is a male strip club across the street. It did not bother us but be aware. Our rooms were 40 minutes late to be ready after the 3PM check in time. Walkable to many sights. Just an OK or slightly below OK experience.

Trevlig personal och toppenläge i ett trevligt område. Vi var där under Paris varmaste vecka någonsin, så ac:n kunde inte riktigt klara av att kyla rummet, men det var iaf svalare inne än ute. Bra med kylskåp på rummet så vi hade kallt vatten. Ganska tråkig frukostbuffé.

Just ok. Old and a bit run down

Staff were all great particularly the young lady who greeted and booked us in. Location was excellent. Only two drawbacks were the stairs, our room was on top floor, and the fact we could not watch anything on TV in English. However, if coming to stay in Paris again we would definitely be happy to return.

Las escaleras son un laberinto y están muy chuecas. El cuarto es diminuto y la vista lamentable. Salvo la chica de la mañana que es muy amable, los demás son poco amistosos.

The staff was very nice. The building is worse for wear but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The air conditioner was dripping water all night, which made the carpet wet. We were on the third floor which meant a big climb up crooked and sloped stairs. Charming but not dangerous But the location can’t be beat! If you are ok with 2 star hotels, you’ll be just fine.

Jeg kommer gerne igen. Nemt at komme til de kulturelle ting vi gerne ville opleve. Rent.. Ro om natten..

I would never stay here again. We had 4 different rooms booked for friends and family all of us experienced something similar. 1. The toilet smells like a public restroom. There was pee on the seat and the smell stinks up the room. 2. The carpet is unclean, I kept socks and shoes on. 3. The window was open when we got in probably to air out the smell from the room but it let insects in. 4. The shower was yellow and dirty and the water didn’t drain so that when you showered you are standing in a puddle. 5. Our blankets had orangish stains on them. 6. I requested another room and was told there was nothing available. We paid $400 for 1 night, we were over charged and underwhelmed. A positive: it’s central and the staff was nice.

A fantastic location, wonderful staff, and clean rooms (with air conditioning and a small refrigerator). Free coffees and teas. The rooms are basic and it is an older hotel, but the price and location more than make up for it. Note there is no lift, so third floor rooms a haul. Staff will help carry up luggage. Will return.

I have stayed here quite frequently. I was disappointed this time because there was a constant smell of cigarettes. I can’t emphasize enough, how helpful the staff are.
