It says there is free breakfast however there isn't. There is no elevator. VERY loud. Don't plan to get sleep. They don't provide towels unless you ask. Hallway lights are out in some areas.

Amazing, amazing location and staff is very nice.
Hotel is a bit musty and old. Pillows and bed not so comfortable- but you only sleep there and you’re in the middle of beautiful Paris so … not so bad. It’s autumn, so heaters were on and room got super hot. If you open windows due to stuffiness, you will get mosquito bites.
I had hoped the room was nicer and it would be great if coffee or Nescafé was in the room ( instead of having to go downstairs) . Overall great trip but probably won’t stay here the next time.

Overall the room was ok. Carpet needs to be replaced bad. Smallest shower I’ve ever used. When asked if I could get an extra pillow and another towel they were hesitant. Was told they would see. After some checking on the computer they decided they had an extra towel. Room was musty and shower had mold. Location was the best part of hotel.

Positiivinen kokemus; siisti huone, hyvä sänky, ihana ja auttavainen henkilökunta.
Sähköpistokkeista vain osa toimi eikä esim. jääkaappia voinut käyttää tämän vuoksi. Ilmoitin respaan asiasta, toivottavasti nämä korjataan. Äänieristys harmillisen huono viereiseen huoneeseen.
