部屋は広く、設備も必要なものが揃っていて全体的に満足できるものでした。 廊下が少し臭かったのと、朝食が混雑していて、 食べたい時間に食べられなかったのがマイナス点でした。 レセプションの対応もフレンドリーで非常に良かったです。

WEBの写真とは違い、写真と比べて清潔感はないホテルでした、 コンセントの数が異常に少なく不便で、冷蔵庫はあるが 全く冷えません。フロントに言っても何もしてくれませんでした。 また、１階にあるお風呂は 男女とも入れるので、結局入りませんでした。

We stay in family room. Good location, and good room.

We had a really great stay. Spacious room, comfortable view and a decent salle de bain. The staff were great and very helpful. The only problem we had was with unloading the baggage as there was no dedicated place for temporary stationing the car. The parking was practical and well situated on the other hand.

The room wasn’t ready on time and the reception kept saying “5minutes” every time but I had to wait over an hour until after the stated check in policy. Additionally, the room itself was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the bed and an old bar of soap in the sink of the bathroom. The shower itself was also dirty and room quality was very poor. Would not return.

The rooms are very worn down. The elevator got stuck in a scary way. The breakfast was ok, and the hotels location is very good, but we will not stay here again.

Nous sommes venus pour un événement. Hormis son emplacement bien placé, un hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur de son statut. Une chambre avec des cheveux sur le lit et dans la baignoire à notre arrivée, toilettes mal faites. Le lendemain, chambre toujours pas faite à 16h hors partis à 9:30 du matin. A la fin du ménage, des cheveux encore dans la baignoire, une poubelle non sortie, un sol pas fait correctement. Le personnel n’a pas eu la délicatesse de faire un geste commerciale à notre départ malgré avoir prévenu le manager et constater par la gouvernante en chef. Nous ne sommes pas allés au spa donc nous n’avons pas d’opinion sur cet espace mais lorsqu’on voit des clients sauter dans la piscine… et la piscine du toit vous devez payer un supplément de 20 euro par personne pour y avoir accès. Le petit déjeuner est basique avec buffet mais un prix excessif pour la qualité des produits. Enfin pas de parking à l’hôtel donc parking payant à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

It’s on the lower end for a 4 star. Most of the 4 stars we stay in are much nicer than this one.

Premièrement la chambre n’était pas prête et 15h mais à 1540, le personnel ne s’excuse même pas en disant que ce n’est pas leur fautes. La piscine publicité mensongère, pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer et réserver , j’ai filtré sur expédia une piscine pas une pisince inaccessible. En plus piscine du spa minuscule avec pleins de chlore. Une dame pendant son séjour a eu une allergie anaphylactique. L’attente pour l’ascenseur extrêmement long à chaque fois. Manque de personnel surtout agents de ménages. Je souhaite un remboursement partiel pour mon séjour. C’est un hôtel sans âme, avec publicité mensongère et rien de qualité. Cordialement,

Accueil et localisation tout à pied

A pleasant hotel with great staff- clean, convenient location, good amenities and fairly priced room service. Easy to extend my stay Expedia does not specify the following: a security deposit of €200 at check-in and Outdoor pool fee of €10/day; inside pool and spa amenities are free. An excellent hotel and I would advise just booking here for a smooth, stress free stay in Cannes.

This hotel is fantastic. My room was clean- I did not find any dust which is unfortunately common in many hotels of the same standard nowadays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa amenities were great and the daily room service was impeccable. It is hard to find a hotel that lived up to your expectations -and the price point- when you get there nowadays, but Eden hotel is just that. And very conveniently situated for accessing the centre and train station/bus stops. Just book Eden for a delightful time in Cannes.

Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique hall de l'hotel tres grand et assez moderne chambre petite et très très décevante - et ne parlons pas de la salle de bains avec baignoire et datant de 1950 !!!! piscine sur le toit accessible contre 20 € !!!! on reve je n'y retournerai surement pas

On a laissé mon enfant pendant deux heures sous la canicules alors que la réservation était payé d’avance tout ça parque ce la fameuse caution n’était pas débité Sous 40 degrés extérieur Un scandale Le personnel n’a pas été à la hauteur et a laissé mon enfant sans la clé le temps que j’arrive Personnel pas du tout aimable froid et sans aucune empathie

Elegant hotell, bra läge, trevlig personal, rent, tyst. Enda lilla minus var att det kostar 20 EUR per person även om man bor på hotellet för att använda utomhuspoolen - det framgick inte vid bokning. Det är dock inte långt till fin sandstrand.

Le petit déjeuner est formidable le meilleur moment de la journée. Le personnel très agreable.

The room was spacious but there was hair in the bathroom and water pockets above the bed I did complain and they moved us to a much smaller room but it had a balcony which was nice The smell of airfresher is very overwhelming when you walk in and the hotel could do with an update especially the pool area . Ben the member of staff was particularly helpful but the others were not the best . great to stay if you are out most of the day like us but if you are looking for more high end there are much better options
