We stayed before when it was a Best Western. It was great then and sill is. Nice and quiet with access to trails and easy access to town.

Lovely stay here and great hotel with beautiful views. Restaurant was closed so didn't get to try this

Clean the carpet

It was a beautiful hotel, clean, and the staff were gracious. Yet, I’m still trying to iron out an excessive charge on a credit card even though I had paid in advance through Expedia at the time I booked the room (2nights). I believe this disputed charge will be resolved given that no record of expenses was ever incurred.

Decent room size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing. Bathroom amenities were nice. We showed up at 9:53 for breakfast and they didn’t want to serve us unless we hurried so we skipped it and went to our other hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa which was extra anyway. Easy walk to the train to get into town as well. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town and we slept well.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Wellness Hotel. Das Frühstück und Dinner ist hervorragend mit tollem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Saunabereich sollte für ein Spa-Hotel kostenlos für Gäste sein. Aber ansonsten alles top!

4 km från byn, fin utsikt men dock inte från vårt rum, utmärkt mat och perfekt frukost. Trevlig personal. Gratis parkering, 2 km till närmsta lift. Fina områden

Gute Lage und auch freundliches Personal. Es mangelte allerdings am Service. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, das Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht (und wurde auch nicht repariert nach Rückmeldung) und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstopft. Insgesamt aber sauber und okay.

Fint og rolig hotell litt utenfor sentrum. Enkelt å ta tog til og fra sentrum.

Veldig fornøyd med rommet og bassenget, men en del støy fra veien. Ville bedt om å få rom på baksiden hvis vi skulle bodd der igjen.

Convenience and facilities are excellent, but no air-conditioning.

We booked this hotel so that we could have a chillout following a climb of Mont Blanc. PRO'S = Very clean and modern throughout. Nice pool area and outdoor dining area. Helpful and friendly reception team. Bedrooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. CONS = Hospitality could be so much better. When we stayed the temperature was around 30+ degrees so very hot - the hotel does not offer drinks before 4pm and when asked the staff were reluctant to even provide a soft drink. The outdoor dining area is lovely and yet the hotel does not serve lunch!! this could be a real money maker for them and an obvious addition if they could be bothered. The hotel is completely on its own and so has a captive audience - there are literally no other options for food or drink in the area and that includes shops. Overall we liked the hotel but it could be so much more. The man in charge of the restaurant should also learn to smile as he was particularly miserable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our room was not a 4 star. Maybe 2.5 - 3 star. The advertised spa and hot tub are an additional charge of 20 Euros per person per hour, which was not evident in the hotels.com feature. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is a long way out of town, which would have been fine, if the hot tub was included in the price...

Un we en amoureux dans un bon établissement. L'hôtel est bien situé en dehors de la ville, au calme. Notre sejour s'est tres bien déroulé. Un petit bemol sur l'état de la chambre, rien de bien grave mais, ayant des habitudes dans des établissements de ce niveau... il y aurait peut-etre des petits travaux d'embellissement à faire. Peinture qui s'effrite, TV défaillante quand le temps n'est pas au beaux fixe. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'environnement est parfait pour se reposer, le spa est bien egalement propre et bien équipé. J'y retournerai sans problème.
