We had a free fresh and varied continental breakfast available every morning. The themed swimming pool and soft play was very popular with the children. The bedrooms were clean and fun. We had an overall lovely experience there and would definitely return, it’s so close to Disneyland with a free shuttle bus. Only thing which was a bit of a negative was dinner at the Captain’s Library restaurant, overall a poor experience with poor quality food and not great customer service, it was too expensive for what we got- I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ganska gammalt men rent och trevlig personal. Maten va ganska dyr och parkeringen kostade extra. Man fick även hyra handdukar till badet så det blev en extra kostnad med.

Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children. Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed. Cleanliness was not good enough. Cobwebs all around the ceiling where it met the wall. Cutlery at breakfast was often dirty. Even when asked staff to clean table, didn't move any items on table and did a half hearted job. My daughter couldn't sleep the first night because she kept getting bitten. She was originally trying to sleep in the additional bedroom with bunk beds but had to come into the main room. For me, it did not represent value for money. We have stayed in cheaper 5* hotels that were far more luxurious. You basically pay for the proximity to Disneyland- this gives premium prices for a less than average quality. Breakfast was limited. My daughter's barely ate. The changing rooms for the swimming pool were closed. We were told a towel would be provided. We were given a tiny hand towel which didn't fully fit around an adult body, having to get from the pool back to our room with very little coverage.

Good for the kids loads to do , staff ok could be a little more attentive and friendly. Rooms are basic but good , quite abit of wear and tear in the room that could be fixed like holes in the bed sheet etc it’s good I guess to keep kids happy and get your head down for fun filled days at Disney

Struttura dell’hotel molto carina, l’idea iniziale era ottima, family hotel di tutto rispetto. Peccato che la moquette dell’intero hotel da l’idea di non essere mai stata pulita, anche nelle camere. Colazione di bassa qualita, punto di vantaggio la piscina e la zona giochi. Prezzi extra come acqua e caffetteria al pari dei parchi disney.

Perfect location, perfect hotel for children, lots of choices and great amenities. The Pool and Park were a big win for our children.

Grimy sticky and run down room and hotel surroundings. No hand wash or soap. No conditoner. Breakfast is mass produced sugary pastries, cereals, salad and yogurts. Hot drinks were good. Dishes were not clean and the chaos is something else. Microwave is in awful state. No one cleans it by the looks of it. Pool is run down with no life guards. Staff look lifeless and not engaging. Basically it’s a Butlins

La chambre etait spacieuse et propre. Une bouilloire, du café et thés à disposition. Le personnel est aimable et souriant. Un bar propose des boissons variées. Une belle aire de jeux pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner est varié, cependant c'est bruyant. Hôtel idéal pour les familles

The rooms and the pool were wonderful. The breakfast could have been better, but otherwise we loved it!

Great hotel for kids, so much for them to do. The rooms are not the cleanest the carpets need a good hoover. Bathrooms clean but tea/coffee toilets tools etc not replenished you need to ask for more. The shuttle bus is terrible, 1 bus to 4 hotels so everyone pushes and shoves to get on. This unfortunately does put you off going back to such a great hotel. I did however really enjoy our stay, the swimming is just great along with the softplay and outdoor play area. Breakfast is basic but does the job for what you pay.

The room lots of spiderwebs.pool just fine not secured. I saw lots of kid slides its slippery.the buffet breakfast was nothi g mostly bread and salad. Not even english breakfast.

Grand hôtel proche de Disney et du coup très touristique. Nous avons été accueillis par Marcel, très sympathique. La piscine est fermée 2 fois par jour de 12h à 13h et de 17h à 18h. Elle est très fréquentée après 18h. La restauration est très chère sur place. L'hôtel dispose d'un jardin avec des structures pour enfants.

Hôtel familial de nombreux activités de jeux autour du gaming, la piscine est très agréable et jolie, le personnel très compétent et attentionné. De l'accueil au femme de ménage. petite intention adapté, elles sont refait les lits avec la petite attention des doudous et ranger la chambre en laissant les petits tracas rangé alors qu'il n'es pas prévu, mais reviens faire la chambre à la demande car les tracas incombent la chambre, même si il n'est pas prévu et refont les même intentions, je les adore un énorme merci. Notre séjour a été l'un des meilleurs moments parmi les nombreux séjours que j'ai pu faire ailleurs. Petit bémol, attention les cocktails, les prix affichés ne sont peut être pas les prix que vous allez payer..

Les planchers sont très sales et collants partout dans l’hôtel. Les planchers des chambres sont en tapis ce qui n’est pas hygiénique. L’éclairage dans la chambre est très fort et ne peut pas se diminuer ce qui n’est pas pratique pour la toilette la nuit ou pour les enfants qui ont souvent besoin d’une petite veilleuse la nuit. Les files d’attentes ne sont pas gérées pour les kiosques de nourriture/café/bar. Chaque fois je me fais dépasser par les clients qui se ruent sans politesse et le personnel ne s’en préoccupe pas. Manque de personnel sur le site. Manque de serviettes à la piscine. Le parc extérieur est super et le dépôt de valise est très efficace. Nettoyage de chambre apprécié. Le décor bateau au centre de l’hôtel est super beau. Le bus-navette pour Disney qui est inclus est vraiment pratique et super apprécié !!

L’hôtel est correct et l on peut compter sur du personnel agréable et compétent (seul problème rencontré lors du premier matin où je devais partir en réunion et où on ma refuser l’accès au petit déjeuner en me disant ce n’est pas ouvert alors que jetait dans les heures annoncées à la réception et sur les documents de l’hôtel.) la piscine est bien et l’amplitude d’ouverture permet d’en profiter pleinement et les espaces jeux pour enfants sont agréables. Déception sur le petit déjeuner qui propose peux de choix. Nous avons dîner une fois au buffet et une fois au restaurant et avons préférer le restaurant. Au niveau de la chambre, nous avons trouver que c’était mal insonorisé et bruyant, embêtant quand vous avez un enfant de 2 ans qui fait encore la sieste et qui dort tôt!
