I booked a room for one night based on the information provided during the reservation process, which indicated that free parking was included. Upon arrival, my vehicle was already parked when the receptionist informed me that I was not allowed to park there. Unfortunately, the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Rather than helping to clarify the misunderstanding, the receptionist refused to allow me to proceed to my room until I moved my vehicle. Since my reservation through Expedia.com was non-refundable, I had no practical alternative. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I ultimately had to contact the police in the middle of the night to resolve what should have been a simple communication issue. In addition to the parking problem, the room itself did not meet my expectations. It appeared poorly maintained, had an unpleasant odor, and did not feel adequately clean. While I understand that this is a 3-star hotel and adjust my expectations accordingly, basic cleanliness, courteous customer service, and reasonable problem-solving should still be standard. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both the customer service and the condition of the room. I hope management reviews its guest service procedures and communication regarding parking policies to prevent similar situations for future guests.

Exterior of the property is not great, looks like a security max prison. However, inside is much nicer than you’d expect if visiting for the first time, Rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. Ask for a room overlooking the car park as the other side is noisy and you can hear people talking on the street in the Lower rooms. (Had to be moved).

Hotel fonctionnel pour un court séjour. Rapport qualité prix correct.

This was our second stay here. We were on our way back from the south. Conveniently situated. We made sure we booked a parking place, even if we had to pay €10. There were 3 of us (adults) & we had rooms next to one another, which was perfect. We were in rooms 312 & 314, which overlooked the road & tramlines. Bit noisy at times, but bearable. Love how light the room is & how you can open the window wide. We didn’t have a spare pillow this time, which was disappointing - just an empty drawer with a cellophane wrapper in it, which indicates there was a pillow once upon a time. Comfy & spacious bed. Shower very good. Towels not overly big, but adequate. Handy stool to sit on in front of the mirror. Breakfast as good as last time - plenty of choice.

We arrived at 7.30pm Wed 28/4 en-route to the South of France & we’re lucky enough to get a parking space, which we were relieved about as our car was choc-a-block & we didn’t much relish parking it in the street for fear of anything being stolen. We were welcomed by a friendly lady. We paid our €10 to park & our room was 207 on the second floor - a room for 3 adults (it actually had a double bed, a single & 1 smaller single. Very clean. A window you could open inwards & wide, but made a little tricky at night as there was only 1 curtain which went all the way across. I have to have fresh air coming in. Quiet enough. Comfy beds. Bathroom nice & good shower, but got a little steamy in there as no working air vent. There is a hairdryer in there. Buffet breakfast very nice. Served from 6.30am to 10.00am. Good variety. We are staying here again on our return journey in just over a week & asked if we could book a parking place, which we could & were told it was the last one - phew! There are only 20 spaces for 90 rooms. Would recommend.

Bonjour, J'ai occupé la chambre 209 (17/04 - 18/04). Attention la bouilloire mise à disposition pour le café/thé fuit (et pour un appareil électrique, c'est toujours un peu embêtant)

Très bon accueil. Propreté. Amabilité du personnel.

Hôtel très bien et bon petit déjeuner

Dommage c est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et je prends des douches quasi froides…impossible d avoir de l eau chaude Sinon hôtel très bien placé avec un parking
