Un rapport qualité prix remarquable. Je n'ai souvent pas eu mieux dans certains hôtels au triple du bon prix qui m'a été proposé. Je recommande vivement.

Personnel serviable, chambre correcte, petit déjeuner copieux, attention il faut réserver le parking de l’hôtel (pas trop de place), sinon parking dans la rue. Dans l’ensemble très correct pour une nuit de passage

Not a 3 star hotel. Carpets were completely stained. The temperature control on the shower drifted to max temperature 40 Celsius by itself... so you had to keep your hand on it while taking a shower. Not in the city centre. A bad sign for a hotel exists when during check in there is already another client making to the staff ... that is what we experienced.

Very spacious family room, reasonably clean. Bonus for relatively firm pillows on the twin bed. Decent French breakfast, with just the right amount of choices. Might have appreciated a vegetable or two...

Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, im Bad waren an einige Stellen Schimmel. Der Griff zum öffnen des Fensters hang nur noch an einer Schraube. Das Frühstück war sehr gut gewesen, große leckere Auswahl. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert. Der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig war abgesperrt, das Auto stand über Nacht sehr sicher.

Hôtel très propre et personnel très accueillant nous aurions souhaité être installé au même étage pour une étage.

Parkering fungerede rigtig fint. Værelserne var fine. Gode senge! Lidt udfordret af at være selv med et lille barn på værelset, da døren ikke kunne låses indefra og vindues åbnede sidelæns helt op. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, det var meget middelmådig og levede ikke op til den ros det har fået her. Det “varme” mad var koldt. Men det hele var fint nok til bare at overnatte.

Nemt at finde. Godt værelse .Dog er kvarteret rundt om lidt slidt . 20min gang til bymidten. 10min fra banegården

Nice no frills hotel near exhibition center and not far from the historic sites ( 15 min walk to the start of your route they'd Centre Ville) Kettle and tea in the room is a plus! Hotel mentions that if you need amenities such as toothpaste etc they are for sale. other hotels provide those free Excellent breakfast. Reasonable parking fee. But there was plenty of street parking ( tuesday) Nice staff. They left a hand written note in the room, cute detail Only thing I would say is to renovate the carpet in the rooms but not a big deal at all.

I booked a room for one night based on the information provided during the reservation process, which indicated that free parking was included. Upon arrival, my vehicle was already parked when the receptionist informed me that I was not allowed to park there. Unfortunately, the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Rather than helping to clarify the misunderstanding, the receptionist refused to allow me to proceed to my room until I moved my vehicle. Since my reservation through Expedia.com was non-refundable, I had no practical alternative. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I ultimately had to contact the police in the middle of the night to resolve what should have been a simple communication issue. In addition to the parking problem, the room itself did not meet my expectations. It appeared poorly maintained, had an unpleasant odor, and did not feel adequately clean. While I understand that this is a 3-star hotel and adjust my expectations accordingly, basic cleanliness, courteous customer service, and reasonable problem-solving should still be standard. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both the customer service and the condition of the room. I hope management reviews its guest service procedures and communication regarding parking policies to prevent similar situations for future guests.
