値段は格安なものの、部屋のシャワーからお湯が出なかったのは残念。また壁が薄く、隣室の人間のいびきがきこえてきたのは、しょうがない？立地は町の中心部から近く、城塞内部に行くバス停もすぐそばにあるので、便利。

エレベーターがないことをのぞけば、すべて満足です。エレベーターがなくても、受付の人が荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれたので助かりました。場所も駅からも城壁からもそう遠くなく、旧市街にも近いので、いろんな意味で平均的にいいのではないかと思いました。

設備は値段相応です。因みにトイレは共同。 ホテルのおっちゃんはとても親切です。 ホテルというより、民宿に泊まる感じで！ 以上

This is a traditional French hotel: a bit scruffy but clean as a pin. The WIFI is strong and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is both clean and they're ecologically aware (shampoo, towels, etc).

The location is very convenient and the room is clean. There is no elevator which is the only concern if you room is upstairs and you have heavy luggages.

Hotellet har bare to stjerner, så man forventer ikke alt for mye, men rommet var rent og luktet godt, men det var slitt. Badet var rent og luktet godt men var veldig slitt, men sengene var myke og gode og TV'n viste bare franske kanaler, frokosten tok vi på cafe da jeg har cøliaki og ikke forventet tilpassning. Men verten var superhyggelig, så alt i alt et helt greit sted å sove!

Staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Location is nearby the newer part of the city of Caracassonne within walking distance to some cafes and restaurants but be aware that many of them close early. it is about a 15 minutes walk to the remparts city. There was an issue with my room reservation but the management made changes and refunded me promptly and provided us free breakfast. Part of the hallway had a strong bad odor. The bath had no curtain so taking a shower while standing was a challenge. Carpet in the room was dirty. Although the staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating I would probably look elsewhere to stay if I were to visit Carcassonne again because the amenities were just too outdated for my preferences.

Exactly what I wanted. Comfy bed and somewhere to wash. Great situation and lovely staff. No English spoken, but that didn't bother me at all. I'll be back in the future.

When staff member called head office to ask what should be done about refund for bed bugs, only gave me one nights money back even though I booked 2 and had to find a different hotel the night of because their front desk closes at 10pm So I had to pay for a night that I didn’t even use Lady at desk seemed very apologetic but head office didn’t care what so ever

L'accueil est parfait!!! la propriétaire est vraiment charmante , avenante !! vraiment très bien !! Mais l'hôtel est un peu vieillot et le confort de la chambre très moyen !!! Mais bien situé !

Autant le personnel est agréable et serviable....autant le bâtiment est vétuste et inconfortable..la façade est trompeuse. Le propriétaire est un radin.....car laissé a l'abandon un tel potentiel dénote la parvenu.

Hotel situado en el centro. Ideal para moverse a pie. Situado cerca de la estación y de zona comercial.

Personnel très gentil et compétent qui rattrape la vétusté de la chambre : petite, "vieillotte", rallonge comme prise, bonne literie.

pour le prix, c’est correct. Un hôtel de passage. Air climatisé presqu’inexistante dans les chambre. Nuit très chaude, mal dormi. Le personnel, super gentil et très avenant

The hotel was perfectly located close to the old walled town and was nice and clean with all the basic facilities you could need. The owner was nice and friendly but spoke no English which wasn't a problem for me as I speak enough French but might be a problem for some people although I didn't really need to ask any detailed questions.

Expectation was not high. We just wanted basic and easy to find from the station for just one night. Sadly the experience was poor due to the very poor attitude of the owner of this property. Our arrival at 9 pm was one hour prior to reception closing but no one their . Pressing the buzzer left for guests did not get a response. No phone connection. Other guests tried to help find some one.after 30 minutes some one appeared. Not great as per previous comments about an unattended reception we did feel let down and a bit stressed after a long day of travel. The owneee came and knocked on our room door at 1030pm not to apologise but to point the finger in an aggressive and angry saying we are on holiday and they are working so we must wait and not complain that the reception was not attended !!! ? Anyone understand this logic to a paying guest ? Well overall this place is NOT a hotel it is a backpacker hostel. So should not be listed on hotels.com
