周辺の治安は悪い

The area around North Station and East Station is not so safe and clean as the other area. That's the only reason I don't recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing service. When we arrived at the hotel, we understood that early check-in was not possible and politely asked to store our luggage. The receptionist simply pointed to his left and said “2nd floor”. We took the lift to the 2nd floor but could not find the luggage room. When we came back down, the receptionist knew we were confused but remained silent and did not offer any help. Eventually, we found the luggage room by ourselves. It was actually right next to the reception. Throughout this, the staff showed a very sour expression and was not helpful at all. In addition, the room was very small. Overall, poor service and an unpleasant first impression. We will not come back again.

Bonjour, je suis arrivé à 19h30 à l'hotel. une réservation pour 3. le lit pour la 3ème personne était un canapé-lit. il manquait l'oreiller, la taie et la couette. le personnel avec beaucoup de mal a trouvé un oreiller et une couette sans housse. super génial. sur le site il est marqué que le petit déjeuner était compris mais NON.

Bien reçus

We had a smaller room on the 4th level but it was a very clean room and bathroom (good size). Possibility to make coffee or tea at the room. However a coat rack on the wall would be very useful, because there is not many place in the small wardrobe. Good breakfast in a nice sitting room. Kind staff. Good location 8 minutes walk from gare du nord.

Very cute boutique hotel in the Saint Denis area of Paris, so close to Gare de Est station and many restaurants and stores nearby.

We loved the breakfasts. There was everything we like….especially fresh bakery..French baguettes and croissants…😍 A small but very stylish restaurant. A great atmosphere and delicious food at an affordable price. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and well organised. The staff were super nice and the area where the hotel is located is so quiet.
