スタッフは素晴らしい対応でした。朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、全体的に設備がとても古く、床が柔らかいところがあったり、カビ臭さを消す芳香剤っぽい匂いが気になったりしました。立地は抜群ですので、総合的には満足ですが、連泊はしたくないかも。

スタッフさんはどの方もとても感じがよく、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。清潔でしたし、日本のビジネスホテルよりは広々したお部屋でした。 浴槽のない部屋でしたが、シャワーブースがとても暖まりやすく快適でした。 マルシェやクリスマスマーケットがやっている広場からも近く、交通の便もよくお勧めです。メトロ、トラム、SNCFが利用しやすいです。

部屋が狭かったですが、事前にこちらのレビューを見ていたので覚悟はできていました。3泊し、朝外出する際のフロントスタッフは毎朝違いましたが、皆さんフレンドリーで、今日はどこに行くの？行き方はわかる？困ったことはない？と声をかけてくれました。皆さん英語が話せたので助かりました。

Excellent location close to the Perrache train station and Vieux Lyon. Very walkable. Lots of dining options nearby. Staff at the hotel were fantastic, responsive and friendly. The reception and dining area were charming and designed to appeal. Breakfast was delicious!

Matilda was exceptional in her customer service. Only negative is there is no lift. Not good for us as no assistance to get luggage upstairs. Will check before booking next time.

Séjour court une nuit, personnel très accueillant, la chambre ne faisait pas partie de l'hôtel, située au 6 eme étage , accès par le 5 en ascenseur ds un immeuble en copropriété avec un accès direct sur la rue et un accès par la salle du petit déjeuner ... rien à dire sur l'accueil et la propreté ...

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The beds are comfy and all in all good value for money.

From a quite small hotel in a great location. The building itself seems to be quite old, and the door to the room provides very little sound isolation. In the same way, the bathroom door was slightly crooked and had a doorknob that was unreasonably hard to turn for opening from the inside. Our room was facing the inner courtyard and was thus excempt from outside noise. Weirder thing is that the room is opening with a physical key, and that you have to leave the key in the lobby when exiting the hotel, very old-school. Breakfast seemed quite sparse, and therefore we didn't try it, so maybe we are wrong. The hotel is spread over two floors a without an elevator, so there is a possibility that one has to carry the luggage up a staircase.

Clean, friendly people. Breakfast very good and great location.

Kleines Hotel mit Charme mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Parkhaus ist Laufweite, nur 2min.

Un parking existe mais d'accès horrible, et cher pour ce qu'il est. Chambre au confort minimum. A noter une douche à moitié bouchée. Mais la réceptrice est très accueillante.

Very nice hotel located near all amenities with very helpful staff

En del gode restauranter i nærheten av hotellet. Rommet var sletent og ganske skitten bad, litt muggaktige tendenser i dusjen og på badet. Da vi sa i fra fikk vi beskjed om at det var sånn det var i gamle bygg og at de ikke kom til å gjøre noe med det, det hadde gjerne vært kjekt å få beskjed om på forhånd.

À quelques minutes à pied vous avez des boulangeries de qualités pour bien moins cher…

Hôtel très propre, cosy et bien placé. Un point d'honneur à la gentillesse et professionalisme du personnel. Seul petit bémol : la chambre était petite. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
