Très belle chambre dans un hôtel au calme mais situé proche de Strasbourg centre.

Een eenpersoonkamer gekozen,wel erg klein vooral de badkamer. Toilet word belemmerd door verwarming. Volgende keer een tweepersoons kamer.

Je n'aime pas critiquer un établissement mais je n'y retournerai pas. De plus le prix de la chambre est surévalué et non justifié.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Die Kaffees sind super. Der Transport ist bequem. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten entfernt. Überall ist es gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war niedlich. Es war sauber. Es war geräumig

There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

Pas super... Odeur "d'évier/égout" dans la chambre, pas de savon sous la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit... Nous avons réservé l'hôtel le 26/12, donc en plein marché de Noël de Strasbourg. En conclusion, très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Point positif : 12 min du parking du musée d'art moderne de Strasbourg, parking pas cher, à proximité du marché et de la petite France.

For having excellent reviews, we thought we were going to have a good stay. However, we waited 50 minutes out in the cold because the hotel was locked up. We got an email a few days before saying the office is only open from 7am-12pm and 3pm-7pm. We thought that was going to be fine since we werent going to be in the area until 3pm. We arrived and saw another couple that was waiting to check in. The told us that they had been calling, emailing, and checking around to see about check in as it was 3:10pm. Around 3:45pm the cleaning lady let us in to the building as it was freezing cold outside, to wait in the building until the desk person arrived. Around 4pm,a guy finally showed up and handed us keys. When we went into the room, we noticed it had not been finished cleaned. All things were off the floor, used soap bar was in the bottom of the shower, it smelled, and saw hair and dirty all over the floors. We requested for the floors to get vacuumed, they vacuumed the common area and not our room. There were no towels in the room, we had to request them. When we did get towels, they were really old and falling apart. We looked everywhere in the room and online for the wifi password and couldnt find it. Eventually we found it on a small paper at the front desk. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were tiny and thin. The place was very expensive for what we recieved for accommodation. We understand that a 3 star hotel isnt going to be the nicest, but this was terrible.

Ein kleines feines Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Small, local, independent style hotel. The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to downtown Strasbourg. It was an easy way to get to the heart of the city.

Es war alles super, Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber gewesen, Familie hat gut drinnen geschlafen in den Betten, kleiner Mängel man konnte das Bad zur Dusche nicht ab schließen sonst alles top

Es iat ein nettes kleines Hotel, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Bett erfreulich gross, Frühstücksraum sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Frühstück o.k., wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlen. Wir waren 1 Nacht dort.

Great hotel in a picturesque setting. An ideal stop over on our way to the south of France.

Fijne familie kamer. Fijn dat er een koelkast was ivm het zomerweer. Waterkoker en servies werd ook zeer gewaardeerd door ons. Goede bedden en goede douche.
