1,2ページだが文書の印刷とPDF化をフロントに 頼んだところ、すぐに引き受けてくれた。無料だった。こういう気が利いたサービスは貴重だ。シャワーは、トイレ、洗面所と同じ場所にあるが、仕切りがない。

Nice, budget hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Located near a tram stop and the university campus. 5-10 minutes away from the center of the town and 20 minutes away from the train station by tram. Old, but clean and nicely renovated: now a room has equipments and amenities that former customers wrote lacking. Breakfast cannot be said to be "great," but fine (no vegitables, no warm food - but here is France!). There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The entrance steps are inconvenient if you have a big luggage, but they will help you. The only inconvenience is weak and unreliale WiFi. You can probably find areas with better signals in your room, though (in my case, near the desk and window). If they improve WiFi condition, this will be a perfect hotel! 大学とトラム停留所近くの便利な格安ホテル。古いが、最近改装したようで、清潔で快適。浴槽と歯磨きセットは無いが、あとはたいていのものはある。朝食はシンプル（フランスらしく野菜やあたたかい食べ物無し）でやや高く感じられるかもしれないが、普通。スタッフは親切で英語ＯＫ。唯一困ったのは、WiFiのシグナルが弱いこと。部屋のどこかに少し強いスポットがあるかもしれないが（自分の場合は机と窓のそばだった）、安定していない。これさえ改善されれば、完璧。街中に滞在して観光したいというのでなければ、また、ネットのつながりにくさを我慢できるというのであれば、おすすめ。

トラムCラインのObservatoir駅から20m程度の至近の距離にあります。ストラスブールではホテルの値段が高いので、二つ星にしました。安宿の風情は否めませんが、フロントのスタッフも親切だし、それなりに綺麗にしてあって、駅から近くて便利なので、全体としては満足です。

部屋は想像していたよりも広くきれいでした。 部屋にはタオル、石鹸がついており、熱いお湯も出ます。（朝早すぎると出ませんが・・・） 湯沸かし器、コップなどはついてませんが、ドライヤーはフロントに行けばかしてもらえます。 またスタッフは英語も話せるので、いいですよ。 ホテルの周りはトラムの駅がすぐ近くにあるので、便利ですし、コンビニ、パン屋さんなどもあります。 朝食も８，５€でとることができます。 また部屋には無料WIFIが通じているので、いいですよ（チェックイン時にパスワードを教えてくれるので、それを入力すればOKです） ただ少し、隣室とのドアなどの音が響くのが少し残念ですが、全体的にみれば、リーズナブルだと思います。

劣悪な部屋であり、評価に値しない。Hotels.comの登録ホテルの基準を厳しくすべきである。

ストラスブール中心駅からトラムC線で一本の駅前、距離こそ少しあるが場所は不便でない。最初は部屋でwifiが使えなかったが、すぐに従業員の方が対応してくれた。建物は少し古い。

ホテル自体はこの値段ではよかったです。ただ行くのがむつかしいとおもいます。駅からトラムC線で７つ目のオブザバトワールで降り、ホテルは降りてすぐの左角です。帰りは朝６時のTGVでしたが４時台４本５時台４本あります。このときはF線に乗りましたが降りる場所がちがいますが駅周辺までいきます。切符は自動販売機で買いますが慣れた方ならよいでしょうが初めてならちょっとね。バス市電の切符の買い方が難しかったり並んだりするのがヨーロッパの欠点ですね。線路の反対側にコンビニがあります。

Gute Unterkunft

A l'arrivée je découvre une taxe séjour à régler en espèces en plus de ma réservation déjà réglée. On ne m'informe pas de la présence d'un ascenseur et on ne me donne pas de code wifi. La chambre est vétuste, une prise sortie du mur, l'ampoule au dessus du lit chauffe très vite, le sol est par endroit mouvant, les lits grincent. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car déjà fermées le bruit de la rue et des trams est insupportable, pas de boules Quies à l'accueil. Le linge est propre mais les serviettes sont trouées. Rien dans la salle de bain à part deux rouleaux de papier toilete. Aucun echantillon de savon ou shampoing. Vraiment déçue.

Chambre exposée au Tramway. Très bruyant.

Hôtel très joli.certainement art nouveau.tres belle fresques murales ainsi que divers tableaux. Par ailleurs chauffage dans les chambres alors que le jour nous avons 30 degrés et la nuit 15.Ce qui explique la note environnementale.

The hotel was conveniently located to the university, just a minute or two from the Observatoire tram stop (direct connection C tram from the Gare Centrale train station). While no hot food, the breakfast buffet was full and fresh and good value, the room with panoramic windows had good light and outside air control, and tram sound was minimal with the windows closed. Bed comfort was average, just one chair to sit on with the desk. Everything was clean and all the personnel were exceptionally attentive, friendly and obliging. Luggage was readily stored before check-in time and after check-out. We were pleasantly surprised for the reasonable rate that there was nothing to complain about, so would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors to Strasbourg. Although you do need tram or bus transportation to get to the center, major tourist attractions are not too far away,

Très bonne accueil, hôtesse très compréhensive. Les chambres sont de bonne qualité, elle suffissent pour quelques nuits.

All you could want from a hotel, BUT it's situated on a very busy and noisy crossroads. Ear plugs definitely needed as there's no soundproofing.

Le lieu est bien placé, mais les chambres n'ont pas double vitrage dont on entend tout le bruit à l'extérieur comme : les différents tramways, les voitures, les étudiants, tout. Attention avec l'eau chaude, les SDB ont des douches avec de l'eau très très chaude. Le personnel est sympa et agréable.
