観光するにはとても便利な立地でした。 室内は少し古いがバスタブもあり、シャワーの量も 強く快適でしたが、アメニティがないので シャンプーや歯磨き、ティッシュなどは自分で用意してください。 朝食はこんなものかと思うくらいの内容でしたが パンとコーヒーがあれば良いと思う人にはＧｏｏｄ。 ルルドの駅からは坂が多く足の弱い人は歩くのが大変かもしれません。

聖堂にも近く、レストラン、土産屋、どこに行くにも良い場所。私の部屋のバルコニーからは聖堂が見えていました。 掃除はとても行き届いており、とても清潔でした。水圧の強い熱いシャワーは最高。朝ごはんは無料で提供してくれます。スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で優しく対応してくれます。私はフランス語が使えないけど英語で対応してくれました。 静かで穏やかな滞在が出来とても癒されたと思います。とても格安な料金で助かりました。ありがとうございました。

The bed sheet smells other people’s perfume, gave me a different room, but see hairs on the bed sheet, owner said it’s ok, then at night taking shower, drains clogged couldn’t finish shower, but have to wait until next day, this hotel is 3star but it’s not maybe 1star level, talked owner a manager(owner of son), seems to they don’t care, please check bed sheet right after check in.The family business, seems service is very limited.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Very decent place to stay in and very accessible feom Lourdes!

I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted

this hotel is a family owned/ managed hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the sanctuary and is on the quieter side of town. However, everything is close by. The room was comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied with the overall service.

Quiet, safe and a close walk to the grotto. Stayed there for the past 3 trips to Lourdes.

I’m only writing with regards to the room we stayed. The carpet smells and very small room. Be sure not to take the double bed economy when making reservations or ask the size of the room. Had we knew the size we should have reserved a bigger room. Location is good walking distance to St Bernadette’s house and the Sanctuary. Very helpful reception staff as well as the complimentary breakfast is great.

Le chauffage n'était pas assez efficace et le fait que la chambre était juste à côté de l'ascenseur a accompagné pas mal de bruit produit par d'autres clients rentrant à leurs chambres. Mais les personnels étaient accueillants et chaleureux. Très haute qualité d'hospitalité.

Good located near the Fountain Lourdes and Sanctuaries of Notre-Dame de Lourdes. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was ok. No variety of cheeses or sausages or eggs like scrambled eggs only boiled eggs. Room very small and just one socket.

Our stay in Hotel Helianthe was really great.The staff were really helpful and with the half board option we managed to get really good breakfast and dinner. The hotel was so close to Lourdes church, town and even the station. We were so happy with our stay, but only a bit worried on our room, as the bath and toilet didn't have any exhaust fan. But all the other facilities make this cons nothing. Overall 4/5.

The best parts of this facility are the restaurant and the location. It is by the river, and just a 10 minute walk from the main church and grotto. There is ample shopping nearby. The food is terrific here! The downsides: my room smelled bad, like sweat. It was not crowded, so they should have waited a day or two after the last customers, and let the room air out. I left my window open to bring fresh air in, but it was very cold outside, so it was difficult to do. It's a good property, but they need to allow the rooms to air out better in order to avoid this problem. The air was so fresh in Lourdes. When I got back to my room, it was nasty-smelling.

It took us a few winding roads to get to Hotel Helianthe, but it was well worth it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms, while not huge, accompanied a nice sized bathroom. All accommodations were very clean. The Hotel was walkable to the many sites of Lourdes. The breakfast in the morning had many options at their self serve buffet. I would highly recommend Hotel Helianthe and their staff!!
