The hotel is located in the city center 10min from the train station. The room was good and the staff very helpful, the only issue is that there are 4 floors with no elevator.

This hotel is right next to the old town in a perfect location for the shops and restaurants. We were only here for obe night but the staff were really helpful and friendly. We paid for breakfast which was about 15 euro, and the selection was good with freshly squeezed juice. There is secure parking a short distance from the hotel which you can reserve a space in, there is an additional cost. The room was quiet despite its location and had air con. Comfy beds and good quality bed linen. Please note there is no lift so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The family room is much bigger than I expected, and the two toilets perfectly suit our needs. Great location, but quiet at night.

Rooms slightly awkward sizes. Bathroom door didn’t offer privacy, massive gaps. Otherwise the best week of my life!

Enkelt men bra och prisvärt hotell, ligger centralt. Hade inte kollat att det inte finns hiss så vi fick bära upp våra stora väskor. Stannade två nätter och informerade om att vi inte behövde någon städning men handdukarna byttes ändå, sopor tömdes och badrum städat, hade absolut inte behövts.

De familie kamer is super ruim en schoon. Heel fijn dat er een 2e ruimte is met een bed. Parkeren is even goed opletten hoe het werkt, maar gaat uiteindelijk goed. Midden in het centrum!

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans une chambre privilège pour le travail. La chambre est cosy et fonctionnelle. Le lit très confortable. La machine a café dans la chambre est très appreciée également. L'équipe de réception est au petits soins et très prévenantes (elles ont pu m'orienter pour le métro et même me donner une carte pass pour me faciliter mes trajets.) L'hôtel est situé en plein centre du vieux Lille, soit à 6 minutes à pied de la gare Lille Flandre. Donc idéal pour se balader ou prendre le métro pour divers déplacements. Toutefois, étant au coeur de la ville, c'est assez bruyant (mais pour ma part, c'était un choix et l'hôtel se situant au dessus d'un KFC, il y a beaucoup de mouvement et de personnes qui trainent) et attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'hôtel.

Lumière qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de chauffage hormis un radiateur d’appoint sur roulettes qu’on doit brancher en arrivant (15C dans la chambre) et qui ne fonctionne plus dès qu’on quitte la chambre. Aucun radiateur dans la salle de bains. Pas de prise en compte des allergènes dans le petit déjeuner malgré la demande faite plusieurs jours avant. Donc payé pour rien. Personnel peu aimable.

Personel acceuillant, souriant ,literie très confortable ,grande chambre avec une belle vue sur grand place a lille,bon petit déjeuner. A Recommander fortement

Fijn hotel met prima kamer. Erg goed matras; stevige ondersteuning maar toch niet te hard. Wel jammer: geen lift. Eerst 59 tegen naar boven en daarna weer een klein trappetje naar beneden. De ligging in het centrum kan eigenlijk niet beter.

Beautiful room in a central location. Like many old buildings, there is no lift access and reception is up a staircase so you’ll need to haul your bags up and down flights of stairs. Not staffed after 9.30pm so you need to call someone off site to open to door for access. Reception was not there most of the time and there is no secure storage for your bags if you want somewhere to leave them once you’ve checked out. Otherwise, rooms were really nice and it was a little noisy due to central location but that is as expected.

Staff was very kind but the rooms can be cleaner from bugs.

Very conveniently located hotel right in the centre of town. Comfortable and quiet room.

Make sure you can climb stairs. There is no elevator and the hotel is on a second floor. It is also in a walkable area so you cannot take a cab into the area. Breakfast was delicious and cheap.A bit expensive for the quality of the rooms.

Le personnel était très charmant et accueillant. Ils ont été très patients avec mon français et nous ont beaucoup aidés à nous enregistrer et au petit-déjeuner. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et confortables. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
