convenient location, many choices of restaurants and cafes in the area. staffs are friendly and you will receive sufficient cleaning service every day. although the room didn't have a bathtub, shower room is tidy and big enough for one to two people stay. one thing I didn't love about this hotel, is that there was bed bugs that bit me...

立地もよく、ゆっくりと過ごせました。

凱旋門からも歩いてすぐで、いい場所にありました。 ホテル、客室内もキレイで清潔感あります。 初日は問題なかったのですが、なぜか2日目にWi-Fiが使えなくなってしまったことが唯一マイナスです。

エトワール凱旋門広場のすぐ近くでシャンゼリゼ通りへのアクセスも抜群 地下鉄の駅も近く、空港からは凱旋門行きのバスも頻繁に出るため行きやすい

The location is near to the Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile and air port bus tation(Air France bus). And the receptionists are very kind and their responses are very generous.

凱旋門から徒歩３～４分の便利な場所にあり我々夫婦の旅行者に助かりました。 湯沸しポットも置いてあり設備はこのクラスでは整っていた。難点は部屋が狭く２個のスーツケースを開くのに苦労した。フロントも親切でフレンドリーでした。

周辺にはたくさんホテルがあるので、ちょっと見つけ辛いです。 小さなホテルですが、エレベーターが２基あり、お部屋もカードキーで設備は新しいほうでしょう。お部屋はスーツケーつを広げるのに苦労するほど狭いですが、一人使用なら問題なし。ベットとおふとんはふわふわです！ 凱旋門からすぐなのでCDG空港からのアクセスはとても良いです。 テルヌからも近いので、徒歩圏内にモノプリ、フナック、カイザー、メゾンデュショコラがあり、カフェやレストランもそこそこ揃ってます。 治安は良いと思います。

Pros: First, this shouldn’t be a surprise but the hotel is well located, a minute walk from the arc de triomphe and to a subway station. It doesn’t get better than this for a central location. Second, the area is safe, there are many food options around even though restaurants could be overpriced. The bed was fine, but the blackout curtains were simply amazing: Seriously, if you leave them closed, you won’t know whether it’s 2 am or noon. The staff was also very friendly and helpful to us. Cons: Our room (2 adults) was very small. Even for a single person I would have found the room to be on the smaller side.

A localização é perfeita, tem um restaurante excelente ao lado que funciona 24h e tem preços ótimos. O quarto é pequeno e apertado, mas muito confortável

Not worth the price they charge and also very low in quality as compared to other Mercure stays. Towels were not properly cleaned. Room on the ground floor was adjoining to the Hotel office and we were disturbed due to the noise in night. Breakfast seemed to be packed items rotated the same items from the previous day (even fruits a d vegetable were from day before). We observed this for all 3 days we stayed. Worst thing, the cleaning staff just walked in when we were sleeping at 7 am in the morning , I was surprised to see that

Excellent location, but hardly any amenities. Breakfast was also good, but because of room size and lack of amenities it is not a true 4 star hotel.
