ツインベットを申し込んでいたのに実祭はダブルベットで掛け布団がないので部屋の中を探すと毛布が １枚しかなく主人はバスローブをかけて寝るしかなく最悪でした.

立地が抜群なホテルなので以前にも泊まったことがあったが、今回はサービスの質が非常に悪かった。まず、金銭的にいい加減で、Hotels.comでは一泊205.5€で予約したのに現地で207€請求された。（無論、税は別）。また、チェックアウトのとき、食べていない朝食代を請求されたのでそれは削除してもらったが、後でよく見たら飲んでもいないビール代を2回分も支払わされていた。6泊中2泊目から天井からおちる水滴の音で目が覚めるほどの水漏れがあり、カーペットが水浸しになった。部屋がカビくさかったのはこの水漏れのせいだと思う。フロントに連絡しても結露だから仕方ないと空の植木鉢を持ってきて、これでみずを貯めておけと言われた。水漏れは段々ひどくなり、5泊目の夜戻ってきたときには風呂場の天井からもひどい水漏れがあり、洗面台においていた化粧バックが水に浮かんでいるほどだった。翌日には別の部屋に移れるようにするから今夜は我慢してくれとバケツを渡された。

近くには、評判の悪いRERの駅があるだけで、メトロ駅まではかなり歩かざるを得ず、立地は悪いです。ただ、空港からはRERのB線で乗り換えなしで行けるので、この点は便利かもしれません。部屋はもちらん狭いですし、エアコンはあるにはありますが、全く効きません。エアコンが効くようにホテル側にクレームを言っている宿泊客もいましたが、どうせだめだと考えて我慢しました。

皆さん英語も話せるスタッフばかりだったので困ることはありませんでした。 なんといっても皆さん親切！ 朝食も美味しく最高の時を過ごしました。 難点はシャワーブースくらいかなと思います。水浸しになるのでガラスか何かで仕切られていたら尚よかったです。アメニティーもロクシタンで最高でした！

仕事場所から近いということでこのホテルを選びました。リュクサンブール公園の近くで、とても小さなホテルでしたが、スタッフのみなさんが気さくで快適に過ごせました。部屋はダブルベッド一台で少し狭い印象もありましたが、ほとんど帰って寝るだけでしたので特に問題はなかったです。テーブルが小さな鏡台だけなので、ホテルの部屋で仕事をしたいという人には向きません。無線LAN完備でネット環境は問題ありません。朝食バイキングがとてもおいしかったです。駅は歩いて７～８分ぐらいのところにリュクサンブール駅が、すぐ近くにはバス停もあります。周辺は学校関係が多いので、若い人が多いですが、観光客にはほとんど会いませんでした。

Les notes seraient bien meilleures si à l’arrivée nous n’avions pas constaté une fuite majeure au niveau de la baignoire, que le personnel n’a pas su réparer. Résultat: une piscine d’eau perdue, un bruit d’enfer toute la nuit. Et pas de chambre de remplacement. Dommage

This was a wonderful hotel in a quiet area. It was close to the metro and walking distance to several attractions. The street noise was minimal, and the room had an AC unit, if needed. The front desk staff were all very nice. The room was pleasant with plenty of storage space and a nice size bathroom. We did not pay for the breakfast; there are plenty of cafes nearby and we chose to go to those each morning. I woild definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of its high ratings and positive reviews, but my actual experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was good — these were among the few positives during my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel’s facilities were far below expectations, particularly the Wi-Fi, which severely impacted my stay. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was almost nonexistent. It only worked briefly when I kept the door open, but as soon as the door was closed, the signal disappeared completely. I stayed for four nights, and in total, my phone was connected to the Wi-Fi for less than 10 minutes. I had to rely entirely on my own mobile data throughout the stay. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation fan was visibly covered in thick dust, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance. During this trip, I stayed at hotels in Munich, Paris, London, and Frankfurt. This Paris hotel was the most expensive of all, yet unfortunately, it offered the worst experience.

This hotel was in an excellent location in Paris. Everything was walkable or public transportation was near by. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The room had unique older furniture but very comfortable. Overall we loved it here and would stay again.

Located near some old, quaint, and beautiful building and not from the public transport options at Luxembourg Gardens. The staff were lovely, and helpful.

Quiet room. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic air con. Simple but tasty breakfast. Easy walk to metro and nearby restaurants.

This was a very quick stay as we were flying home the next day but we enjoyed the hotel, it was very comfortable, we walked to several places that evening it was very close to the train station, very convenient.

Great employees, clean room, lovely stay.
