Great place to stay - right on the beach whilst being 15 walk from the shops and restaurants - hotel spotlessly clean - nice helpful staff- great place to stay!

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel où tout est pensé pour accueillir aussi bien les humains que leurs compagnons à quatre pattes. Dès l’arrivée, on est chaleureusement reçus : l’équipe est aux petits soins, souriante et vraiment attentive au confort de chacun. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : l’hôtel est littéralement posé dans le sable, avec un accès direct à une grande plage privée. Plusieurs espaces permettent de boire un verre, grignoter ou simplement profiter de la vue sur les dunes et la mer.

Super séjour avec chambre vue mer . Impeccable .

The hotel is placed in the best location, right on the beach with just a short walk into town. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The were a big let down for us. Very rude and not helpful. We returned one evening at 9.45pm and wanted a night cap. After waiting a long time at the bar no one came to serve us so we tried to connecting hotel. Still nothing. We walked back and found a a staff member who told us that bar was shut but the try the other bar so again we walked back through the hotel and it was closed too. Absolutely wasting our time. The next day we sat in the restaurant area, waiting 20 minutes to be served but again nothing. When asking a member of staff for service he replied, yes what do you want. Honestly the worst service I've had at a hotel and really put us off spending any money at the bar or restaurant. We avoided contact with the staff all together in the end. Swimming pool was quiet and relaxing. Salt water pool which I didn't realise until I opened my eyes under the water. Oops. Steam room as really relaxing too. Lots of people walking around in their robes. So it's a very relaxed place.

Beetje outdated, weinig aandacht voor netheid van de kamer. Geen zeep, onvoldoende handdoeken, schoonmaak met de Franse slag.

Pour une chambre a 175 € la nuit petit dej inclus vraiment pas a la hauteur. Vous payer le balcon vue mer et le placement au Touquet mais pas un bon niveau. Piscine plus municipal que balnéo. Il y avait des nagune équipe de nageur de Dunkerque avec leur entraîneur très bruyant. Eau plutôt froide. Un peignoir dans la chambre mais pas de chausson donc prévoir des claquettes pour aller au spa. De plus vous devez traverser le restaurant pour aller a la piscine ce qui en peignoir ne le fait pas trop. Chambre vraiment petite. Pas de mouchoir en papier. Deux dosettes de café un décalage un normal et 5 thés, quantité un peu décalée. Produit vide dans la salle de bain.... Et j'en passe. Personne handicapée g jamais marche autant pour aller de notre chambre a une piscine. Il 'ny a eu que le Petit dej qui relève le niveau copieux et face à la mer.

Hotel légèrement à l'écart du Touquet mais face à la mer (Si vous choisissez la vue mer). Les chambres ressemblent plus à des cabines de bateaux. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais assez optimisées. Le seul regret vient du bruit des portes des chambres se fermant avec un bruit un peu fort. Le dernier point est la façon dont est construit ce site tout en longueur qui fait que l'on doit passer par le restaurant pour aller à l'accueil ou à la piscine. C'est un peu bizarre mais tout à fait acceptable.

Hôtel face à la mer, agréable. Parking à 10€ intéressant. Bon petit déj mais assez cher. le lit était excellent. Par contre les odeurs d'égouts remontaient dans la salle de bain. La piscine est bien (le hammam aussi), mais était un peu trop bruyante au moment où nous y sommes allés.

Needed more staff at peak times in the restaurant, particularly breakfast.

Il faisait froid dans l'hôtel et problème d'évacuation de l'eau dans la douche elle débordait

We arrived with a dog weighing over 100kgs and nobody gave us a wrong look. Warm welcome, comfortable room and a location to die for. Good evening meal and pleasant surroundings. I want to return. Best bed I have slept in for years.

Hôtel très propre,chambre vue sur la mer ,avec balcon,piscine Hamam,c était super,le personnel est super agréable gentil,rien à dire vraiment ! À refaire avec plaisir !
