設備としては良い しかし、併設のレストランはスタッフの対応含めて改良を望む

今まで遭遇した最悪のスタッフ（特に夜間ロビー責任者の女性）でした。ホテルのロビー横でレストランもやっており、本人はホテルウーマンというよりレストラン・ウェイトレスの片手間にホテルの仕事をしている、と勘違いしているよう（チップももらえるので？）。チェックイン時に無愛想で、レストランが忙しいから早く部屋に消えろ的な態度。ホテルに先着しているF君（大学院学生）に連絡するため名前を伝えると、部屋番号を教えてくれただけ。（普通のホテルでは、部屋番号は教えてくれず、部屋に電話をつないでくれる）部屋に入ってTELしようとしたがroom-roomの説明がなく、いろいろ試みたが繋がらない。ロビー番号（９）で問い合わせすると、”room番号のみでいい”でガチャンと切る。当然繋がらないので、もう一度ロビーにかけると、”その部屋からは電話できない”という信じられない回答で終わり。これがヨーロッパの有名チェーンのIBISホテル（三つ星マーク）のサービス？　結局、部屋まで歩いていった。　　翌日の夜、F君が当方の部屋に来る約束をしていたが、私の部屋番号を忘れたのでロビーに聞きに行った。しかし忙しかったのか調べもせずに”わからない”というこれまた信じられない回答。なかなか来ないので私がF君の部屋に行こうと部屋を出ると、F君が廊下でうろうろしているのに出会った。 　こんな恐ろしい経験ははじめてです。他のスタッフはこれほどひどくなかったが、とても合格とは言えない。近辺に店がなく、ロビーで水（1.5L）を売っていたが、売り手によって値段がまちまち。2人で3回買って、2，2.5、４ユーロの3通り。部屋も狭く、タオルはバスタオルのみ。コップは小さいのが２つ、ティッシュぺーパなし。これで三つ星？それなら全てのホテルが三つ星では？

Second day no heating i was suplied with a heater from the reception BEWARE !!!! There is a concrete flower pot on a parking place not marked very low you do not notice it until you hit it and damage your car. I told the reception clerk he said Oh uou are not ghe only one but did noghing to mark it

Petit déjeuner super top nous étions au calme comme demandé c’était très bien . Le fauteuil en plastique dans la chambre c’était le bémol qui n’est pas confortable. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits reposantes.

Chambre très bruyante à cause de la VMC je suppose !

Chambre très vétuste, vieille avec des moisissures sur le mur côté prise, la prise du bureau est cassée et très vieille avec des moisissures autour, TV très très petite, la taille d'un petit écran de PC, accueil bof, à la tête du client! Je me suis senti dans un vieil hôtel Formule 1. Pour le prix, il y a beaucoup mieux!

Température chambre froide, lit peu confortable et bruyant et chambre à rafraichire (prise electrique brûlée, moquette tachée, traces de moisissure sur les plafonds et murs.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Am Empfang war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war katastrophal bzw. kann man es gar nicht Frühstück nennen. Es gab so gut wie gar nix (8 Uhr). Weder Teller, Tassen wurden aufgefüllt noch war die Milch in der Maschine vorhanden. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse bzw. war eigentlich fast alles einfach leer!!! Leider wurde in den 30 min wo wir im Raum verbracht haben nichts aufgefüllt. Das noch vorhandene Rührei war kein Rührei. Es war ein Brei undefinierbar. Das Baguette war alt. An der Rezeption wurde über etwas zu 5! diskutiert, anstatt mal einer sich um die Fruehstuecksgaeste kümmert. Keine 5 min daneben war eine tolle Bäckerei wo wir dann gefrühstückt haben. Schade um jeden Cent.

bonjour, j'ai un doute car il me semblais avoir réserver une chambre de 18 mètres carrés , la chambre me paraissait petite pour 18 m2 , un écran télé de petite taille et franchement un bon coup de neuf ne serai pas du luxe .en conclusion déçu de la chambre .

Besoin d’un rafraîchissement dans les chambres. Le restaurant est très bien et le personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Chambre vétuste et mal chauffé... a besoin d'un serieux rafraîchissement...petit dej tres decevant....bref j'y mettrais plus les pieds....dommage le personnel est très gentil....Accord doit revoir sa copie......
