サルラの旧市街までは徒歩10分弱です。車の場合は無料駐車場があります。部屋にポットやコーヒー･ティーメーカーなどはなく、ポットをお借りできないかフロントにお願いしたところ快く貸して下さり、また、朝食会場のスペースで食べてもいいよと言って下さいました。部屋は広く快適でした。

街の中心部へ歩いて10分ほど、便利もいいところです。すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットもあります。 とても清潔で朝ごはんもフランスでは安い、5ユーロ弱で充実しています。 ホテルの従業員さんもにこやかでとても親切、観光のアドバイスやタクシーの手配なども親身になってやってくれました。

街の中心部には遠いが、フランスのホテルにしては朝食が良い。

駅から15分程度の距離で、行きは下りですが帰りは坂を上ることになります。歩道も2015年7月時点では舗装されておらず、スーツケースを転がして移動するのは難しかったので、荷物が多い場合にはタクシー利用の方が良いかもしれません。駅に常駐するタクシーはいないようなので、電話で呼ぶ必要があります。 部屋はibisらしく広めでシンプルな作りです。タオルの交換やトイレットペーパーの補充が無かったので、フロントにお願いしに行く必要がありました。 市街地まで歩いて10分程度です。

Nous avons tout apprécié de l'accueil au départ de l'établissement. Chambre propre et spacieuse, parking privé très apprécié, très bon petit déjeuner. De plus, la présence de 2 groupes ne s'est pas ressentie.ress

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the IBIS Sarlat. The staff went out of their way to make you feel really welcome and were incredibly helpful making suggestions on places to visit to make your stay memorable. When there was a problem with the TV, in the room, the staff did their utmost to repair it. When they realised they would have to call someone in, to solve the problem, they immediately arranged a move to a much larger room and helped transfer clothing/other possessions. They were like breath of fresh air and are a credit to the hotel chain. The room was also exceptionally clean which was a real treat to see. If only other hotels were like this. The other great thing is the hotel is located directly opposite from one of the better restaurants, in the town, and is only a 10 min stroll to the medieval town centre which is beautiful to walk around.

The Hotel seems to have new faces as regards Day to Day Management, not as friendly or inviting as their previous Team

We arrived late and the concierge was a really kind and helpful despite her limited English. Although the hotel is about 10 min walk to the medieval downtown I felt was great away from the noise and easy access to main road to continue our journey.

The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was all excellent and went out of their way to help us.

Short walk to city centre, secure parking for our motorcycles which is a must, exceptionally clean. Would definitely use again.

The reception staff here was outstanding. I feel bad I lost the note with their names because they truly were exceptional. All four ladies that staffed the front desk in morning and evening were people who see hospitality as a calling not a job. They were kind, patient, gave us good directions, listened to our excitement and shared it. We stayed 5 days so we saw quite a bit of them. One day a large group came from Australia and I watched as one guest came down to complain the room was too hot and then next came down to complain the room was too cold. I marveled at how well the staff handled each situation. And when I asked for a chair in the room instead of an ergonomic ball, they made it happen right away. Room was bigger than most European rooms. There is laundry onsite if you need it. Breakfast was worth the price and there is beer and wine in the evening. It takes about 10 minutes to walk downtown and the parking garage was very tight - I feared those corners and preferred parking on the street. That aside though, I really compliment the staff and wish I could remember their names (Sara? Hannah?)!!

Very good service, clean and very close to town about 5 minutes walking. We booked it last minute and it was perfect

I enjoyed my one week stay at Ibis Sarlat. It's a very good location, spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staffs especially Noémie. She was warm and welcoming when I arrived. She was also very helpful and patient with all my questions as I needed lots of help in finding tours and transportations. I really appreciated Noémie and everyone for making me feel welcomed .

Nous avons adore sejourner dans cet hotel ibis et avons ete seduits par leurs chambres spacieuses, la qualite de la litterie, leur grand parking prive gratuit et sécurisé, la localisation de l hotel et la gentillesse de tout le personnel rencontré.
