価格が高い4つ星ホテルなのに、部屋の狭さ、アメニティの少なさ、コンセントの少なさ、ありえない洋服ダンス、貧弱なバスルーム、洗面台も1つ星ホテル並み。 朝食も貧弱。ローケーションが北駅から近いだけが取り柄だが周辺は良くない地域。パーキングができるということでレンタカーだから予約したが、ほとんどの人は狭すぎて地下のパーキングに止めることは不可能。

The location is good. "Handy" is very helpful. Staff are kind. But very noisy. The hotel provides the "chatting space" at entrance even at midnight, and some unsensible people laughing and shouting and singing all night long nearly every day. And due to the characteristic shape of this building(entrance is atrium, and located at the center of the building), the noise issued from entrance can easily reach all rooms. Especially I couldn't believe the hotel admitted the all-night party event at the entrance, even though guests' are naturally sleeping at midnight. (Of course it's not sound-proof at all, and all crazy noises and music keep reaching at guests' room all night long) This is the first experience to make a complaint. (I think I'm kinda patient, but this commotion surpassed my patience) This is my long awaited Paris trip, but during my stay, I could seldom fall asleep. It's a pity that this hotel pays no attention to guest's health(sound sleep) I can confirm many equivalent review(Too noisy!) on the expedia, I wonder why hotel wouldn't solve it. All this hotel has to do is just take away the tables and chairs from the entrance at midnight, to prevent some crazy people from making a racket at midnight But the staff are kind enough, and they offered me another less-noisy room, and some refund. So my evaluation is... Staff kindness...5 Handy...5 Location...4 Facility...4 Refund...3 Noise...-10 Average...2

ユーロスター発着の北駅に近いホテルとして利用しました。無機質な見た目の入り口から入ると、ガラスのキューブの受付と、奥にグリーンがふんだんにあしらわれたおしゃれなバー兼ダイニングルームがありました。一転して客室は白を基調にした内装で、広く、照明も十分あり使いやすかったです。

L’hôtel allait plutôt, chambre assez grande. Mais expérience horrible la femme de ménage est entrée 2 fois sans même frapper et alors que je dormais, sans allumer j’ai hurlé en voyant juste une ombre. Inadmissible dans un hôtel qu’on entre (et j’avais verrouillé la porte ce qui apparemment ne sert à rien) le jour du checkout avant l’heure du checkout, 1e fois que ça arrive, je l’ai dit à la réception qui s’en fichait apparemment…

Hôtel très original mais plusieurs points décevant: - lampe de bureau qui ne marche pas. - attente interminable pour eau chaude - isolation sur la rue vraiment moyenne

Chambre confortable

Nous étions très surpris de l'environnement. Pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel devait être nouveau et sans accompagnement, du coup les serveurs étaient perdus et pas très réactif...Le bain marie n'avait pas d'eau et quand ils en on mis elle était froide... du coup les aliments étaient froid. Pour le petit déjeuner anglais on parle d'haricots blancs à la sauce tomate et non d'haricot rouge avec des carottes tout sec. La sauce garanti au minimum une certaine chaleur. Pas de room service - Le restaurant n'a pas l'air d'attirer des foules - mais le quartier y est pour qq chose. Pour le reste, la chambre était impeccable et spacieuse. Un point positif, le calme et l'on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Unsafe neighborhood. Hotel is nice

The hotel is in a really unsafe neighborhood, the Uber driver warned us not to leave the hotel at night. We never checked in, we last and found other accommodations. 2 woman traveling alone should feel safe

The hotel is beautiful. So clean and comfortable. Very accommodating staff also. However the area is not great. As two girls we felt very unsafe leaving the hotel to get to places.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The hotel is 10 minutes from Gare De Nord

Where do I start. First of all the distance from gare du nord is around 2 miles off. Then when you eventually make you way there which can I add was a little unsettling even 434-year-old male it put me on edge. It’s not in the greatest part of town once I finally got into the room the air-conditioning was pathetic almost as if it wasn’t on. My light switch turned off the complete lighting circuit so something was wrong there.. and to top this all off the restaurant and Bar as advertised didn’t mention that then I open between the 4th of August and the 2nd of September so I went without food or drink overall not happy so I’ve checked out at 7 pm

Great staff and nice hotel with safe parking garage. The area is a little bit “dodgy” but we felt safe even at night (2 male adults). Easy access via Metro to all tourist spots.

Hotel was more like 3 star. Air conditioning barely functioning. Location very poor. We only stayed one night checked out on Sunday morning 13th July. We booked into The Crowne Plaza Paris Republique for the last 6 days. We were informed we could not receive any refund.

This is a great hotel in a not-so-great neighborhood. The location and convenience are fantastic for seeing Paris and moving around in the city. Just need to be a little cautious in the evening and perhaps not walk alone after dark (which is good advice for almost anywhere you go). We would stay here again.
