Very nice hotel centrally located near the centre square of Le Mans. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Outdoor secure parking was great but you do need to book as there are only limited spaces.

Interesting property, lots of stuff to do around there with several food and beverage outlets within walking distance. It’s a pretty good vibe around there.

We were warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable right away. The staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage, and were very friendly with our questions. Room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Vieillissant sur tous les points, le service, la chambre, même le petit dej'. D'ailleurs ce dernier ne vaut pas le coup, ce n'est pas mauvais, mais que du bas-moyen de gamme. Dans un établissement habritant un étoilé c'est tres décevant. On se demande comment il garde les étoiles de leur hotel et les avis positifs

Hôtel trop chère pour les services proposés Petit dej passable rien ne peux être demandé à la minute ( pas d expresso ou œuf au plat) de plus salé de petit déjeuner petite donc bruyante quand celle ci est pleine. L hôtel propose soit disant des services spa mais ces derniers sont payant et externes à l hôtel. Les chambres sympa. Parking bien évidement payant bref deceptif

This hotel was our last stop enroute home to the UK from The Algarve. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable but there are no dining options other than an Ubereats style app for food delivery. As it was Easter Sunday everywhere was closed so we struggled to find a delivery option. The surrounding are is full of bars and restaurants so I’m sure on any other day this would have been a bustling city with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Amazing hotel in great location.

Tout est parfait à l'exception de l'accès aux bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique. Une thermique qui bloque une borne et une électrique qui reste toute la nuit. Le principe des bornes électriques est une fois chargé j'enlève mon véhicule lorsque je ne suis pas égoïste. Je pense que c'est aussi une histoire d'éducation.

Très bon séjour dans un très bel hôtel, parfaitement situé pour profiter à pied de la ville. Petit bémol dans la salle de bain ( distributeur de gel douche cassé mais rapidement remplacé dès que cela a été signalé, et tablette pas très propre ). Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très complet mais un peu cher.

Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected. Not one staff member engaged with us about it, we had to ask if it was a false alarm. On arrival I asked if there was a restaurant, told No. However the stay included breakfast for our 2 night stay. We were never informed of this so missed out on Breakfast both days. Good location and secure car park mane it a good spot. Should have been told about breakfast though.

The grounds are stunning. We were greeted by a peakcock and peahens. We saw swans and horses from our balcony as well as a view of Mont Saint Michel. It’s not a hotel. It’s a family home and they request you don’t eat or drink in the rooms. They don’t have irons etc., but are very gracious and the breakfast is phenomenal.

Dommages que les chambres soit si sombres et peu éclairées. La douche était plutôt fraîche, Impossible de monter la température.
