Très bon séjour dans un très bel hôtel, parfaitement situé pour profiter à pied de la ville. Petit bémol dans la salle de bain ( distributeur de gel douche cassé mais rapidement remplacé dès que cela a été signalé, et tablette pas très propre ). Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très complet mais un peu cher.

Hôtel trop chère pour les services proposés
Petit dej passable rien ne peux être demandé à la minute ( pas d expresso ou œuf au plat) de plus salé de petit déjeuner petite donc bruyante quand celle ci est pleine.
L hôtel propose soit disant des services spa mais ces derniers sont payant et externes à l hôtel.
Les chambres sympa.
Parking bien évidement payant bref deceptif

This hotel was our last stop enroute home to the UK from The Algarve. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable but there are no dining options other than an Ubereats style app for food delivery. As it was Easter Sunday everywhere was closed so we struggled to find a delivery option. The surrounding are is full of bars and restaurants so I’m sure on any other day this would have been a bustling city with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Tout est parfait à l'exception de l'accès aux bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique. Une thermique qui bloque une borne et une électrique qui reste toute la nuit. Le principe des bornes électriques est une fois chargé j'enlève mon véhicule lorsque je ne suis pas égoïste. Je pense que c'est aussi une histoire d'éducation.

Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected. Not one staff member engaged with us about it, we had to ask if it was a false alarm.
On arrival I asked if there was a restaurant, told No. However the stay included breakfast for our 2 night stay. We were never informed of this so missed out on Breakfast both days. Good location and secure car park mane it a good spot. Should have been told about breakfast though.

The grounds are stunning. We were greeted by a peakcock and peahens. We saw swans and horses from our balcony as well as a view of Mont Saint Michel.
It’s not a hotel. It’s a family home and they request you don’t eat or drink in the rooms. They don’t have irons etc., but are very gracious and the breakfast is phenomenal.

Chambre très confortable, propre et bien décoré. Hôtel calme qui a comblé nos attentes d’un standing 4 étoiles.
L’emplacement en plein centre ville permet de découvrir Le Mans.
Démarche eco-responsable en mettant une fontaine à eau pour remplir nos gourdes (près de gourde pour celles et ceux qui n’en possèdent pas). Un espace appelé « la Visitation » à deux pas de l’hôtel compte des restaurants et bar lounge permettant de se restaurer. Cette espace possède un gardien la nuit ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est discret et a l'écoute.
Nous recommandons cette hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel LePrince au Mans et avons été un peu déçus par certains aspects de notre séjour. Le frigo dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas et malgré l'avoir signalé, il n'a ni été réparé ni remplacé. À notre retour un soir, la fenêtre était grand ouverte, il faisait très froid dehors, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu le début de soirée assez inconfortable.
Cependant, à part ces désagréments, l'hôtel est beau et le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. Nous espérons que ces petits problèmes seront rapidement réglés pour les futurs clients.
