スムーズなチェックイン、近隣説明、ユーモア、笑顔など3泊しましたが、スタッフの方は楽しそうに働いて居られました。ネットワーク環境で使いこなせず、Ｈｅｌｐしたら部屋で親切に説明して頂き、妻共々感激いたしました。彼女に改めてお礼申し上げます。

非常に便利な場所にあり、観光に便利です。併設されたレストランやバーもオシャレです。個人的にはケトルやコーヒー紅茶の設備が部屋にないのが少しガッカリ。有料ドリンクの冷蔵庫ではなく空っぽの小さな冷蔵庫があるとなお良い。ものすごく高いところに置かれた電子レンジは要らないと思いました。部屋は清潔でスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったです。wifiもしっかりしてました。

Excellent location for walking to meetings as well as to sightseeing spots. Staff people were very nice, but there's no quiet lobby space because of the flamboyant restaurant/bar in the lobby. There is a microwave oven in the room located on a high shelf with no microwave resistant cup. The small refrigerator in the room is a vending machine type i.e. you cannot store anything for your own. The room was quiet and clean, and I felt it was spacious than the actual floor area size of the room. The view from my room on 5th floor through the very large window was just excellent.

客室はオシャレで綺麗でした。 レストランの料理も美味しく夜遅くまでしてるのでありがたかったです！！ 朝食が少し高いのが気になりました。

This place is a bit run down and sad ( not just the rooms). In desperate need of an upgrade, deep cleaning, and new coat of paint! Marks on walls, chipped faded paint, sticky spots on doors and handles, dirty carpet….pretty grungy. If you’re going to paint everything black, it must be well maintained to not look like a dirty homeless shack. No amenities in the rooms. Restaurant was just meh…out of many items on the menu. Overall definitely not worth the $$$.

Hotel facilities were good. Friendly personell. The restaurant failed on their food and service. Breakfast was ok.

Such a great experience staying at MamaShelter Bordeaux. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pizza in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was so fun. Huge room and bathroom which was very clean. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

no proper window in the room (while we took a ‘large’ one, no electric plugs next to the bed to charge phone and on top, they had issue with water, there was no hot water for a day.

Great location and the bar/restaurant area is brilliant with music and great styling, very nice staff and good to have free movie selection and tv options. However, we booked a large room, it was no different to our friend’s room who booked medium and was very basic. It’s meant to be minimalist style but the hard bed, thin pillows, hard to control air con and general frugal feel (no coffee/hot drinks facilities) just felt a bit cheap and ripped off considering it’s not a cheap price and how many lovely other hotels there are to choose from.
