スムーズなチェックイン、近隣説明、ユーモア、笑顔など3泊しましたが、スタッフの方は楽しそうに働いて居られました。ネットワーク環境で使いこなせず、Ｈｅｌｐしたら部屋で親切に説明して頂き、妻共々感激いたしました。彼女に改めてお礼申し上げます。

非常に便利な場所にあり、観光に便利です。併設されたレストランやバーもオシャレです。個人的にはケトルやコーヒー紅茶の設備が部屋にないのが少しガッカリ。有料ドリンクの冷蔵庫ではなく空っぽの小さな冷蔵庫があるとなお良い。ものすごく高いところに置かれた電子レンジは要らないと思いました。部屋は清潔でスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったです。wifiもしっかりしてました。

Excellent location for walking to meetings as well as to sightseeing spots. Staff people were very nice, but there's no quiet lobby space because of the flamboyant restaurant/bar in the lobby. There is a microwave oven in the room located on a high shelf with no microwave resistant cup. The small refrigerator in the room is a vending machine type i.e. you cannot store anything for your own. The room was quiet and clean, and I felt it was spacious than the actual floor area size of the room. The view from my room on 5th floor through the very large window was just excellent.

客室はオシャレで綺麗でした。 レストランの料理も美味しく夜遅くまでしてるのでありがたかったです！！ 朝食が少し高いのが気になりました。

L'hôtel m'a surclassé, la chambre était très confortable et propre, large choix de film à disposition et très calme sans bruit de rue ni de couloir.

A very unique property. Clean room and facilities. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

Les Mama shelter avec un look toujours original souffrent tous de problème de conception pratique dont manque de luminosité, Green washing, manque de prises électriques, objets à angles vifs où l’on peut facilement se blesser, disposition chambres.et éclairage peu pratique à utiliser… tout ça dans les chambres, tarifs disproportionnés aux bars et restaurants, Parkings complet rapidement et information d’accès parkings public insuffisantes Literies moins bonnes qu’au premier séjour dans Mama Shelter: Bof !

Absolutely loved our time at Mama Shelter - from the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top bar was great. Rooms were bright and clean with plenty of space. Would recommend adding on breakfast downstairs as a highlight too.

Rent, kul och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukostbuffén var väldigt bra. Ligger mycket bra i Bordeaux, lätt att ta sig till med spårvagn från flygplatsen, också nära Gambetta torget om man vill åka ut till t.ex Cap Ferret med lokal buss.

Chambre confortable et personnel accueillant, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Des poils et cheveux sur les serviettes de bain, de la poussière un peu partout.

Cheveux dans la salle de bain lors de mon arrivée. Accueil à revoir et on me refait régler le séjour alors que celui ci avait été réglé sur l’application. Un peu décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

Mama Shelter hotels are always funky and interesting. The Bordeaux one is in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed advice on how to get the to arena for a show. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night as we arrived late after a long day, but the service was non existent and the food average so I would avoid eating there as there are so many fabulous restaurants in the area. The room was quirky with the bed in the middle of the room. We had a really enjoyable 4 days in Bordeaux and would recommend it for a short break.
