綺麗で快適に過ごせました。少しトイレの臭いが気になったのと部屋の明かりが暗かったので4にしました。朝食付きで滞在しましたが、美味しかったです。個人的にはビュッフェにカヌレも置いてあり満足でした。

ホテルロビーも広く、レストランもよく、改訂でした。ただ、宿泊した部屋のトイレの灯りが壊れ、何度も連絡して結局治らず、夜中に部屋を移動することになりました。不快な目にあいました。6泊しましたが、タオルなどの交換は1回だけでした。コングレスセンターの前でコングレス利用には便利ですが、市内へはバスとトラムで1時間もかかります。周辺はレストランが3件ほどあるだけで何もないところです。

L’hôtel est très bien situé au pied d’un arrêt de tramway. L’accueil est impeccable et le personnel adorable. Cependant, je trouve que cet hôtel mériterait un petit coup de frais. Un bon coup de nettoyage sur les moquettes. Certains clients fument aux fenêtres de leurs chambres également.

Petit déjeuner complet. La tenue des différents postes serait cependant à surveiller de plus près (couverts sales laissés par les clients sur les tables de service, désordre sur certaines tables, réapprovisionnement tardifs etc...

Cadre agréable, literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse et calme.

Nous avions réservé une chambre spacieuse, mais nous avons été redirigés vers une petite chambre. L’eau de la douche était difficilement réglable entre le chaud et le froid, tout comme le sèche-cheveux. Nous nous sommes brûlés plus d’une fois ! La literie était dure et inconfortable, tout comme les coussins. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, nous avons été très déçus.

une problème de connectique sur tout les téléviseur( a priori) à empêché que je puisse me connecter avec mon cable hdmi et/ou usb . Pas de possibilité de se connecter aux fournisseurs de contenu vidéo entre autres choses. ils doivent y remédier m'ont ils dit.

De bedden zijn goed, de kamers wat sober. De badkamer en toilet zijn verouderd. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff were nice and friendly and I love the water taps to refill a bottle with sparkling or still water on every room level. I didn’t use the pool but it had a nice swimming pool for a quick splash!

The hotel was nice overall, with friendly and helpful staff at reception, breakfast, and the bar. The pool area was enjoyable, though often busy. Convenient location with easy access to both the town and motorways. However, room service was disappointing. Over our 10-day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned daily—bins weren’t emptied, and dirty glasses and mugs were left untouched. Sheets were never changed, and we had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and body wash.

Great hotel. Easy travel to Bordeaux. Lovely pool & friendly staff.

Loved our stay here. We had a very friendly warm welcome, great room, restaurant dinner & breakfast great, so convenient to have tram stop outside hotel for easy quick access into the city to explore. Pool was lovely and hotel has a great vibe. Will definitely return.

Great staff and a nice place, bit out of the city though, but price reflects this, really good value!

Hôtel avec literie très confortable et petit déjeuner correct mais pas extraordinaire la climatisation est à peine suffisante cependant et l’espace piscine mériterait mieux et l’échelle de la piscine était un peu cassée.

Très bien, personnel très agréable, hôtel de bon standing. Le parking est en supplément mais n’est pas très cher. La piscine est agréable bien qu’un peu fraîche et un peu fatiguée. Mais c’est un très bon hôtel :)

Very bad experience. We got worst part of the room in the hotel. The hotel had lots of rooms in our floor but they gave us a room which is farthest from the elevator.

Das Hotel liegt schön am Bordeaux Lac, die Tram-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Leider schafft die Klimaanlage es nicht, bei hohen Temperaturen die Lift herunterzunehmen. Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur hat man trotzdem 29 Grad Zimmertemperatur. Nach Aussage der Angestellten kann die Klimaanlage nur 7 Grad unter Außentemperatur kühlen. Für ein Hotel der 4* Kategorie finde ich dies nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten mit einem vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilator schlafen, sonst würde man kein Auge zubekommen.
