綺麗で快適に過ごせました。少しトイレの臭いが気になったのと部屋の明かりが暗かったので4にしました。朝食付きで滞在しましたが、美味しかったです。個人的にはビュッフェにカヌレも置いてあり満足でした。

ホテルロビーも広く、レストランもよく、改訂でした。ただ、宿泊した部屋のトイレの灯りが壊れ、何度も連絡して結局治らず、夜中に部屋を移動することになりました。不快な目にあいました。6泊しましたが、タオルなどの交換は1回だけでした。コングレスセンターの前でコングレス利用には便利ですが、市内へはバスとトラムで1時間もかかります。周辺はレストランが3件ほどあるだけで何もないところです。

It is quite and good location for the conference stay.

Only 1 elevator was working, then it stopped and have to climb the stairs, and noisy in the day.

Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience.

Il est très dommage que nous ayons eu à subir une panne d’ascenseur sur nos 3 jours de séjour… sinon rien à redire. Mention particulière sur l’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel, accueil comme restaurant.

Chambre propre et bien située proche du tramway.

Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by.

Stayed to watch the Red Rose's win the Six Nations Championship. Lovely upscale hotel in a perfect location for the Stade Atlantic with parking.

Le stricte minimum dans les chambres ils pourraient mettte au moins un réfrigérateur

L’hôtel est beau mais pour un 4 étoiles, ça laisse à désirer. La literie est deux lits simples collés, le point de jonction était très gênant. Concernant les services d’hygiènes dans la salle de bain, rien n’est prévu hormis les serviettes. Il faut demander à l’accueil les chaussons, cotons tiges, cotons … pour un 4* ce n’est pas normal. Absence de mini bar et cafetière dans la chambre alors que lors de la réservation c’est mis que c’est à dispo. Je ne parle meme pas du petit dej à 25€/personne, le buffet était ridicule en choix, le rapport qualité/prix : 0. Concernant le room service, la carte est très très maigre, merci les resto qui livrent. Les seuls points positifs : bel hôtel, propre et personnel étant top.

Séjour globalement correct au Pullman Bordeaux Lac. Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et accueillant, et les chambres étaient propres, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. La climatisation fonctionnait, mais elle n’était pas très efficace, ce qui a rendu les nuits un peu difficiles pour bébé surtout .. Autre point à noter : les accessoires de salle de bain (cotons-tiges, chaussons, certains produits) n’étaient pas disponibles dans la chambre. Apparemment, il faut les demander à l’accueil, ce que j’ai trouvé un peu surprenant pour ce type d’établissement. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était correct, sans être exceptionnel. Un hôtel passable, mais avec un personnel vraiment agréable.

Chambres a rafraichir.

Établissement de qualité Petit bémol lorsque l’alarme incendie retentit à 3h30 du matin sans explication et qu’au check-out on vous explique que l’incident est dû à un client qui a fumé dans sa chambre !!! De là et réveiller tout l’hôtel !
