SO/ パリ ホテル

毎日のちょっとしたプレゼントがあり、大変良かった。立地もメトロの駅に近く、いろいろなところにアクセスしやすいので便利でした。

Very modern hotel. - liked the decor of the room a lot - pop and warm colours - good location to shop and go to touristic spots - beautiful view of Paris from 15th floor where the breakfast is served - good quality of breakfast - concierge was able to give us accurate advise on where to go for shopping - loved the uniform of the hotel staff - very stylish - one thing to advise for the future - we requested several things to reception / considerate such as bring the delivery to the room or find the items that we might have left somewhere - we get response that we will take care of, but never get the response how it went, so we needed monitor the progress and check it so many times.

電動自転車の無料貸し出しがあり非常に便利。ルーブルまでは自転車で約15分ほど。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーです。

チェックインではモダンなデザインのエントランスの出迎え、スタッフの笑顔に癒されました。 部屋の清潔さも行き届いており、快適でした。 部屋の家具も洗練されたデザイナープロダクトのもので日常の快適さと非日常のコンセプトが融合して粋な感じでした。 難点はロビーから部屋への移動がオートマティックですが、複数利用すると乗り間違いがあり、別のフロアについてしまいました。 総じて満足しています。さすが五つ星。

Reception and restaurant staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect and this is one of the signature point of this hotel. I chose a rooftop room to enjoy the view of Paris,　unfortunately, we were assigned to a lower floor(8th), so the view was not good at all. There were offices right in front of us, and we could see people coming and going all the time during the day, which was disappointing.

Can’t beat the location near the river.

Nice stay in Paris! Very close to the cute Saint Paul neighborhood. Would certainly recommend and return in the future.

Rooms are very small with limited space for items

The staff was ok. Each time we walked in no one said anything and no one offered accommodations to help! When we asked about accommodations like dinner and bars sometimes it was pleasant and other times it was very dry. I was very disappointed about the level of customer service.

The room was extremely comfortable, with a tremendous view across the Seine.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Everything. Not much wrong with this hotel.

Ein 5 Sterne Hotel mit leichten Mängeln. An zwei von vier Tagen war unser Zimmer nachmittags 15.30 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Das geschah erst auf Nachfrage. Der Frühstücksraum in der 15. Etage ist spektakulär. Auswahl ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt auch viele Servicekräfte, aber alles kommt nur sehr schleppend (Tasse Kaffee erst nach 15 Minuten).

We got a bottle of wine with two delicious cakes. The hotel is in brand new condition with nice views. We had to change the room due to toilet privacy and were glad that 2 room configurations exists.

The breakfast staff at the Bonnie restaurant is a 10 out of 10. I will be back.

The room was beautiful and well maintained, with a view I truly enjoyed. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. The location was convenient, being close to the train station. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Desde nuestra llegada, el recibimiento fue cálido y elegante, y queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Jesús, quien nos recibió con una sonrisa y amabilidad, nos ayudó con nuestras maletas hasta la habitación y durante todos los días siguientes estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Cada vez que salíamos o regresábamos al hotel, él nos saludaba con entusiasmo, nos ofrecía ayuda y hacía que nos sintiéramos como en casa.
