毎日のちょっとしたプレゼントがあり、大変良かった。立地もメトロの駅に近く、いろいろなところにアクセスしやすいので便利でした。

Very modern hotel. - liked the decor of the room a lot - pop and warm colours - good location to shop and go to touristic spots - beautiful view of Paris from 15th floor where the breakfast is served - good quality of breakfast - concierge was able to give us accurate advise on where to go for shopping - loved the uniform of the hotel staff - very stylish - one thing to advise for the future - we requested several things to reception / considerate such as bring the delivery to the room or find the items that we might have left somewhere - we get response that we will take care of, but never get the response how it went, so we needed monitor the progress and check it so many times.

電動自転車の無料貸し出しがあり非常に便利。ルーブルまでは自転車で約15分ほど。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーです。

チェックインではモダンなデザインのエントランスの出迎え、スタッフの笑顔に癒されました。 部屋の清潔さも行き届いており、快適でした。 部屋の家具も洗練されたデザイナープロダクトのもので日常の快適さと非日常のコンセプトが融合して粋な感じでした。 難点はロビーから部屋への移動がオートマティックですが、複数利用すると乗り間違いがあり、別のフロアについてしまいました。 総じて満足しています。さすが五つ星。

Reception and restaurant staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect and this is one of the signature point of this hotel. I chose a rooftop room to enjoy the view of Paris,　unfortunately, we were assigned to a lower floor(8th), so the view was not good at all. There were offices right in front of us, and we could see people coming and going all the time during the day, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at the SO/Paris Hotel. If you are on the fence and wondering if you should pull the trigger, do it! We booked the Iconic Paris Skyline with River Seine and Eiffel Tower view which was wonderful and really enhanced our stay. The views from the Restaurant and Lounge are also outstanding. We enjoyed the lounge at night with views of the eiffel tower shimmering on the hour. Note: Recommend making a reservation for evening in the restaurant or lounge. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with the views was a highlight along with the hotel location on the Seine and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

A superb hotel in a very central area of the City.

Great option I Paris to stay for some days. Rooms optimally with wonderful view to the Eiffel Tower. Very nice view from the restaurant. Friendly personnel. Breakfast very expensive and average with slow service. We will come back again and take the breakfast elsewhere.

The checking in process was fantastic and very professional. Service in the restaurant was very slow and the food very average for the high prices, especially the breakfast.

Our room was lovely - very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help answer any questions we had. The bar and restaurant were fabulous and the views from there were amazing. We loved everything about it!

The staff were unhelpful and did not implement any of the VIP access I actually booked the hotel for. We could not use the spa or sauna and after a long week of working hard, this was a real blow. We were told to book a week in advance. The restaurant was like getting into a Hollywood night-club(a bad one) Just when we thought Paris had changed, this place stepped up and ruined our fantasy. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Tons of attitude. No late check out either. Top price for substandard service. The bed was very comfortable though. I think I lost a bit of my soul staying here. New management may help hire better staff as the setting is nice. There are better places in Paris and I certainly won’t be returning to this place. SO/rubbish
