毎日のちょっとしたプレゼントがあり、大変良かった。立地もメトロの駅に近く、いろいろなところにアクセスしやすいので便利でした。

Very modern hotel. - liked the decor of the room a lot - pop and warm colours - good location to shop and go to touristic spots - beautiful view of Paris from 15th floor where the breakfast is served - good quality of breakfast - concierge was able to give us accurate advise on where to go for shopping - loved the uniform of the hotel staff - very stylish - one thing to advise for the future - we requested several things to reception / considerate such as bring the delivery to the room or find the items that we might have left somewhere - we get response that we will take care of, but never get the response how it went, so we needed monitor the progress and check it so many times.

電動自転車の無料貸し出しがあり非常に便利。ルーブルまでは自転車で約15分ほど。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーです。

チェックインではモダンなデザインのエントランスの出迎え、スタッフの笑顔に癒されました。 部屋の清潔さも行き届いており、快適でした。 部屋の家具も洗練されたデザイナープロダクトのもので日常の快適さと非日常のコンセプトが融合して粋な感じでした。 難点はロビーから部屋への移動がオートマティックですが、複数利用すると乗り間違いがあり、別のフロアについてしまいました。 総じて満足しています。さすが五つ星。

Reception and restaurant staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect and this is one of the signature point of this hotel. I chose a rooftop room to enjoy the view of Paris,　unfortunately, we were assigned to a lower floor(8th), so the view was not good at all. There were offices right in front of us, and we could see people coming and going all the time during the day, which was disappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly pathetic for the price. Overall, disappointing experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We stayed at SO hotel with my husband. It was a very modern, clean and funky hotel. Very nice staff and Amazing Restaurant Bonnie where we spent two nights in a row. Located in a central part of Paris and yet in a very quiet place. Highly recommend this place to people of all ages. Definitely will be back.

The entire staff was excellent from greeting us on the street to check in to the hotel restaurant- everyone seemed completely committed to treating us with the utmost respect and generosity. Everyone was eager to please and make sure our stay was the very best.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed for 8 nights and with kids. Area is very safe and good for large family. Staff are friendly. Every night they gave us different little surprises (chocolate, cookies, eye packs, serum, hand cream…) food from the restaurant and room service were very good.

This hotel is impeccable, I will be definitely staying here whenever I go to Paris. Also just to mention that every day they were leaving gifts in our room, some cosmetics or snacks / chocolates. Very clean , very friendly staff. Highly recommend

The hotel/ staff was unbelievable! I would highly recommend this hotel! My only suggestion is to make sure you know which view you are booking for your room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower when I booked a rooftop view room but apparently I didn’t and they wanted 700 more euro for a three night stay in a room with that view.

I travel a decent amount and I’ve never experienced a staff more friendly or with better service. And it wasn’t fake every single person that worked at this hotel was so helpful and kind.. our room got made up twice a day with little tgifts each night. Our needs were met immediately whether it was something in the room or help with the concierge. I’m so glad we picked this hotel. The rooms offer quite a bit more than other smaller hotels and since it’s newer, you’ll have a lot more luxuries here. Location is great as well. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Kamer werd niet gekuist, moest om 18u zelf gaan vragen om kamer te kuis, dag nadien geen propere glazen, rest van de wijn van dag ervoor stond er nog in, vlekken op de zetel. ook eten in restaurant was slecht, koud, geen broodjes, maar wel broodjesbord, waren saus vergeten maar fotos maken met klanten had men wel tijd voor

Our stay at SO/ Paris during our honeymoon was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we informed the hotel that we would be celebrating our honeymoon there, the entire team was incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, making us feel truly special. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with drinks, and when we entered our room, we were deeply touched by the details: rose petals beautifully arranged, our wedding photo displayed in a frame, and countless thoughtful treats, gestures of kindness that went far beyond our expectations. The hotel also kindly received several online Christmas purchases we had made in advance and placed everything inside our room before check-in, which was an enormous help. On Christmas Day, the magic continued: each room received a box of Christmas chocolates delivered by Santa Claus himself, creating a festive and unforgettable atmosphere. This is what true five-star service looks like. The breakfast was exceptional, delicious, varied, and generous, with both buffet and à la carte options included. And to top it all off, the rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. SO/ Paris didn’t just host our honeymoon, they elevated it, turning it into a truly magical and unforgettable experience. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
