Honestly, for the price over the new years and festive period, the overall return was good. The atmosphere here is unbeatable in the whole country, though unfortunately they do not clean the mens showers. I stayed two weeks and it was cleaned 0 times. They only remove left clothes and wash products from the bin.

We stayed here two nights, on Friday and Saturday nights. Unless you enjoy loud music in your room, or like to party till the morning, I would not recommend this hotel. Location/rooms are wonderful, hotel staffs are very helpful(depending on the person on the knowledge though....like price of taxi to airport had various opinions).
Maybe during the week it is much quieter....than I would recommend this hotel.

Hostel çok iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık ama çalışanlar hiç güler yüzlü değildi hatta bir şey istediğimizde azarlıyorlardı özellikle bar bölümünde ki arkadaşlar. İyi hizmet almadık.

Fabrika is a like second home, whenever I go to Tbilisi; however, the cleanliness and the standards have deteriorated slight over the years. In particular: please change the shower curtains! They are mouldy, at least in the men's bathroom. I am also a little discerned to learn that the communal kitchen for hostel guest is closing – is it actually true? I would still recommend Fabrika to anyone; you can count on a comfortable, problem-free stay.

Staff: The staff could be more welcoming and warm. Some interactions felt a bit cold, particularly with the man with the mustache.
Common Area: The sofas in the main lounge area are dirty and torn. They could really use a thorough cleaning or replacement to improve the overall comfort and appearance.

I got pretty surprised by the building itself. It was very smart to turn an old factory into a hubris complex. Coworking, hostel, restaurant, stores. It is really amazing. I’m a huge fan of reconstructed/destroyed/concrete architecture and this hostel goes exactly in this direction. Great lights design, rooms design is amazing and I even had a sound system (I booked the “flat”).
People are nice and the service is great. It’s an amazing place to stay with friends, family, coworkers or, like me, solo. I loved Tbilisi and will definitely come back and stay at Fabrika again.
