Good location friendly staffs. Compact but comfortable equipment. Nice hotel.

The room is so clean and comfortable.

A few minutes walk along the river from old town centre. Everything is handy. Room is compact, yet functionally good enough. If your room is facing the side of old town, you will enjoy a great view of castle and old town from the window, especially early in the morning and at night time. Breakfast selection is also wonderful, with some local dishes.

Good hotel. The room was a bit smelly. Not sure if toilet or what. Even tried to ventilate but the rest great . You may want to check the room hotel mgmt! 418

We ate dinner in their Sky7 Terrace & Lounge Bar. Very good food, and views of the city. The bed was comfortable, and they had all the amenities.

I had an amazing experience staying at Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel. The property is modern yet beautifully preserves the charm and character of Old Tbilisi. My room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and authentic. The service was truly remarkable. The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. I highly recommend Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel to anyone visiting the city. Outstanding service, great location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tbilisi.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking.

On the hole a good property I really enjoyed the roof top bar ,great food ,great service and very pleasant

Loved this property! Very friendly, helpful staff. Close proximity to Old Town. Clean, comfortable rooms with free drinks from mini bar. Bed was very soft. Loved the on-site steak house dining option and rooftop bar. 10/10. Very safe neighborhood for solo traveler.

We enjoyed lour stay at the hotel. The location is superb, the staff very friendly, the room nice and clean. We loved the breakfast, very varied. Highly recommended.
