We ate dinner in their Sky7 Terrace & Lounge Bar. Very good food, and views of the city. The bed was comfortable, and they had all the amenities.

My room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and authentic. The service was truly remarkable. The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. I highly recommend Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel to anyone visiting the city. Outstanding service, great location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tbilisi.
