マンダリン オリエンタル ミュンヘン

マリエンプランツ駅と市場まで徒歩3分。教会やレジデンツなど観光も徒歩圏内。観光客が沢山いるので、夜でも安心して出歩ける。ソーセージに飽きたら市場で、カキやロブスターなど海産物が食べられるので、食事にも不自由しない。中央駅にも2駅で、電車もすぐに来るので交通の便も良かった。ホテル内では朝フロントの前に無料のコーヒーやペストリーがあったので、朝早いオプショナルツアーの時に5分位で簡単な朝食をとれた。また冷蔵庫内が無料で、ビールやジュースなどが毎日補充された。部屋も清潔で6階のテラス階に泊まったので、眺めも良かった。ホテル内では和食のレストランがあったので、鮨や味噌汁なども食べられた。レストランには日本人スタッフも一人いたので、ちょっとした情報ももらえた。他のスタッフは英語なので、英語が話せないと不便。

クリスマスにミュンヘン留学中の友人と会うために利用しました。フロントはフレンドリーな対応でした。メインダイニングが和食でした。クリスマス特別コース、トリュフ、キャビア、フォアグラ、イクラと寿司。 朝食は、生のキャロットジュースや、さらに自分でジューサーで絞る青リンゴとハーブジュース、数々のチーズ。なかでも蜂の巣からスプーンですくっていただく蜂蜜は絶品！ 一つのアミューズメントパークですね。 試してみる価値ありです。

素晴らしいです。特に屋上のChinamoonから見渡すMünchenの街は最高♪一泊日本円で8万強でした。他のマンダリンも宿泊有りますが、6万弱かな？が本音の内容です。

MO has mastered the fine art of 'the details." All staff were amazing. Location is easily within walking distance to most sites. Rooftop bar has the most spectacular view of Munich. As a traveler that has been blessed to stay at some of the best hotels of the world, MO Munich is without a doubt one of my most favorite. You can't go wrong staying with MO, but MO Munich is a must.

Fantastic hotel with all the amenities! They even provide a hair straightener!! The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Centrally located…walkabe to many attractions.

Première et dernière fois au Mandarin ! Nous avons réservé une chambre « deluxe premier » et nous avons eu une « deluxe ». L’unique différence entre les deux catégories sur le site est la salle de bain qui est plus grande (la chambre en elle-même est identique). Plutôt facile à savoir quand tu n’as pas ce que tu as réservé ! Ou il font de la fausse représentation avec les photos sur leur site ou il downgrade les clients et n’ont pas le courage de l’assumer. Il propose de changer de chambre (après 2 nuits) … mais pourquoi donner cette chambre si d’autres sont disponibles (et de surcroît à un client qui séjourne 5 nuits ?!) Le service de nettoyage est déficient. Nous avons quitté pour la journée avec la pastille « faire ma chambre » et à notre retour, à 16h30, elle n’était toujours pas nettoyée !

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem & kompetentem Personal. Einzig das Fitness & die Sauna ist zu klein & nicht zweckmässig, z.Bsp. kein Ruheraum in der Sauna. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ungenügend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at MO, we stayed two nights and were sad to leave. Our room was amazing, the staff could not have been more kind, esp Aaron, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is elegant without being pretentious. We will return. Munich is a lovely city!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During our stay, our packages, which contained cherished items such as our favorite pastries, fruit, nuts, chocolates, and a pair of my wife’s glasses, were mistakenly thrown into the garbage. These items were a collection of small treasures we had gathered during our travels across Europe. Initially, the cleaning crew denied any wrongdoing, and the hotel manager treated us poorly, refusing to accept responsibility. After hours of arguing, the hotel finally offered minimal financial compensation, which barely covered our losses. On the final day of our stay, we felt unsafe and experienced the worst hospitality we have ever encountered. This unfortunate incident has drastically changed our perception of the Mandarin Oriental brand, which we once loved.
