朝食はとても豊富 スタッフ達も優しい 最高

駅からも程近く、便利でした。スタッフの対応もよし。 クリスマスの朝には、ドアの外にチョコレートが置かれていて、息子はサンタさんが来た！と喜んでいました。

We have stayed at the hotel many times and have nothing to complain about. The staff are always nice and helpful. The only comment to the hotel is that we stayed in 326 and there was a need for carpet cleaning in some places.

Excellent location, next to U Bahn. Many shops/restaurants nearby. Very clean, good shower. Staff are very friendly. Small single beds. Pillows are small. Rooms are small.

Wie immer war alles gut. Das Zimmer groß und sauber, das Personal nett und höfflich.

Som vanlig ett behagelig opphold. Sentralt beliggende. Gode kommunikasjonmuligheter fra Wittenbergplatz. Frokost utmerke. Resepsjonen, renhold m. m. Alt fungerte utmerket. Anbefales.

Rooms are clean and well kept, breakfast is delicious with many options.

Værelset pænt og rent. Venligt personale. Gratis minibar. Dejligt morgenmad med mulighed for at lave sin egen friskpresset juice. Good beliggenhed lige ved stationen

Situation idéale et hôtel fantastique. Le personnel est serviable et au Petit soin pour ses clients. Je recommande sans hésitation

Gutes Hotel, aber die Fenster können den Lärm vom Vorplatz (Weihnachtsmarkt mit lauter Musik bis ca. 22:00) nicht draußen halten. Leider kein Gym.

Dejligt hotel, alt spiller bare

This hotel has to be one of the best examples of price/performance that I have stayed in in Germany. The staff was awesome, the breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a while, the price point of the rooms was great. Also the location to the Wittenberg Platz UBahn, directly next to KaDeWe and the Kufürstendam, and 10-15 minutes to the Aquarium and Zoo makes the Mercure unbeatable in my eyes. Thank you to everyone there!
