スタンダードルームでの滞在でしたが、室内の設備は全て揃っており心地が良く、プールやサウナが無料で利用できたのも良かったです。ただ、朝食がビュッフェでしたが、値段の割に品数が少なかったのが残念です。野菜、おかずを増やしてもらいたいです。

I stayed for three nights and it was a comfortable stay. I had to extend my stay urgently and she kindly helped me and all was smooth. I did not like that the bed was just two single mattresses and it was unfortunate that I had to sleep on just one side.

Pas de service de conciergerie, assez surprenant pour un 5 étoiles. Une partie importante des chambres on qu’une seule grande fenêtre qui donne sur le lobby, ce qui donne une impression d’étouffement en plus d’être globalement très sombre et avec un manque flagrant d’intimité si on ne ferme pas le rideau occultant (ce qui rend la chambre encore plus étouffante). Pas satisfait, passez votre chemin.

This was my first time in Berlin, and staying at this hotel made my experience even more special. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from cafes and shops, and right next to the Berlin Dom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were so kind and friendly. I truly loved my stay here and would happily return.

Loved staying at this hotel. Close to a train and team stations, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and despite being in a busy area, it was quiet within my room.

Great stay, beautiful hotel, great location walkable to central tourist sights. Views from the room on the cathedral side were great to wake up to. Hotel restaurant really nice with relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but when I checked in to my room there were crumbs and fresh stains all over the carpets and furniture. They moved me into a different room and gave me free breakfast to be fair, but it took a hour and a half to resolve and the staff acted like I was wasting their time. Don’t pay 5 star prices for 2 star service.

This was my first time in Berlin, and staying at this hotel made my experience even more special. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
