スタッフも丁寧できれいなホテルでした。 観光、交通ともにアクセス良好で、街の環境も良かったです。 歯ブラシはないので、近くにあるコンビニで調達してください。全体的に素敵なホテルです。

部屋、プール、朝食、バーなど満足できる施設だった。

I stayed for three nights and it was a comfortable stay. I had to extend my stay urgently and she kindly helped me and all was smooth. I did not like that the bed was just two single mattresses and it was unfortunate that I had to sleep on just one side.

Location of this hotel was very good. I could easily access the hotel from Hauptbahnhof and Tegel airport. The room I stayed was functional and easy to use.

完璧なフロントサービスにベルリン中央駅へのアクセスも良い便利な立地のホテルです。レストランの食事も美味しく、店員の対応も暖かく、心休まります。部屋も綺麗で、快適な滞在が出来ました。

スタンダードルームでの滞在でしたが、室内の設備は全て揃っており心地が良く、プールやサウナが無料で利用できたのも良かったです。ただ、朝食がビュッフェでしたが、値段の割に品数が少なかったのが残念です。野菜、おかずを増やしてもらいたいです。

Disappointed. Although staff were polite and friendly, service was slow at reception and bar. Sent a request and received a reply in wrong guest name. Requested bed was not ready. Amenity kit was not there. A shower cap was found next to shoe polishing kit. Slippers still had plastic tag. Not a five star hotel service.

Hotel maravilhoso, café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções. Staff muito atencioso. Localização ótima. Limpeza nota 10. Vista nota 10. Chuveiro bem forte e quente. Achei ótimo que a parte do sanitário fica separado do chuveiro por meio de porta, facilitando o uso por duas pessoas. Simplesmente amei.

Städningen och servicenivån på hotellet är godkänt. Inget fel men skulle kunna bli bättre. Det som dock utmärker på ett positivt sätt är frukosten och dess personal. Fräsch och bra utbud av olika saker. Dessutom väldigt serviceinriktat personal och alltid med ett leende.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location.

First room was to hot and the hotel staff could not fix the cooling system so we had to move to another room after a very hot night. The last night that we were there was the festival of lights and one of the entrances to the hotel parking was blocked off so I had to go around the hotel (About 1 Kilometer) it took me 90 minutes. A heads up on this from the hotel staff would have been nice. The restaurant was great food and great service, but the overall experience was mediocre at best.
