Fint hotel med nem adgang til stranden

Breakfast was great, beach access excellent

We were very satisfied with the hotel. We also received an upgrade to the Penthouse, which was very good. In addition we had another room on the top floor directly to the beach. The hotel provided lots of complementary drinks, fruit and sweets in both rooms. Only negative was two of the staff in the breakfast room. They looked like they had very bad days at work, not friendly service at all.

Vue spectaculaire, personnel très agréable et toujours prêt à aider avec des informations et excellentes suggestions. Service très efficace. Le grand problème est pas de stationnement pour la voiture, très très difficile à trouver un parking.

We loved the stay and enjoyed the hotel amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel con gran servicio. Mobiliario un poco viejo pero personal increible. Obtuvimos upgrade y cortesia de vino y bcklava en la habitacion. Las sombrillas de la playa al ser traslucidas no dan buena sombra

De accomodatie is gelegen vlak bij het oude centrum van Rethymnon en de haven. Wij hadden een zeer goede kamer (zijdelings zeezicht). Er is een groot strand met parasols en drankbedeling tegenover het hotel. Service en eten zijn zeer goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is de transfer in gedeelde shuttle (lees tourbus) van Danaos Travel. Als je boekt, zie je een taxi voor 7 personen, maar in werkelijkheid is dit steeds een tourbus voor 50 pers. die zo dikwijls stopt dat je over de afstand van 78km, 3uren p de bus zit. Er is natuurlijk de optie van een taxi, maar dat kost dan 3x zoveel.

Fantastic service inckluding free sun beds at the beach plus beach service, lovely view from the hotel room, great staff, clean and spacious room - we'll be back! :-)

Location and facilities were great although quite noisy at times. Staff were all lovely and willing to help in any way they could. Staff came to the beach a few days giving watermelon and drinks to everyone that wanted it which was a nice touch. Rooms were good but not 5 star with broken tiles and room cleaning was erratic ( some items replaced some days and not others)

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony.

Overall aan excellent stay. Quite impeccable. Two things however for a 5-star hotel, there should be parking facilities options. We are left own our own. Options could include an underground garage, possibly off valet parking (with a fee) or at the very least, clear indications with maps of the locations of paid parking lots. Second thing, again a 5-star hotel should have either freshly squeezed orange juice or at least pitchers of none-concentrated OJ. Certainly not pale OJ from a fountain dispenser.

Excellent place. Great location, walking convenience to everything needed for the nice vacation. Beach, water activities like paragliding and jetski, dining, bars, tours, old town, shopping, etc. The hotel itself is well maintained, great service and useful amenities at the hotel itself, like pools, deck, spa, dining and cafe. Will consider staying there again.

Fantastic hotel! Definitely recommend. The beach is only steps away, and pretty much near everything.

Bel hotel. Tres bien placé, en face de la plage et environ 15 minutes de la vieille ville, proche de commerces, restaurants. Le personnel est tres sympathique, souriant, disponible, professionnel a tous les niveaux (plage,restaurants, bar,réception,... supers équipes). Hotel bien entretenu. Tres bonnes prestations aux restaurants (repas variés , beaucoup de choix!). En septembre, beaucoup de places piscines et plage Seul petit bémol: le ménage dans la chambre est trop rapidement "expédié" (en 2 semaines certaines lacunes: toilettes, sols, balcon..). Un tres bon séjour a renouveler!

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Men alt gikk veldig tregt i bar/lunsjområdet.

Ett riktigt bra läge precis vid stranden och ca 15 min till gamla stan som som är vackert med sina gränder som aldrig tar slut. Dem har 2 st poolområden ute 1 inne men solstolar är det tyvärr lite för få av men det finns stolar och egna strandstolar om man gillar havet. Frukosten var otroligt bra med mycket variation. Kändes lite slitet så 4+ stjärnor för min del. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

This trip was planned in a hurry and we chose this Hotel by random. A lucky hit. Everything was perfect. Location, food, cleanliness, welcoming staff and the amazing breakfast. Recomended!

Wie waren im allgemeinen zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Positiv fanden wir vor allem die Lage in Rethymno. Zu Fuß war die Stadtmitte schnell zu erreichen, wo es zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und auch Bars mit guter(lauter)Musik gab. Ebenso waren die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen immer sehr freundlich und haben sich gut um einen gekümmert. Das Hotel war sauber und das Zimmer wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt, wenn man das so möchte. Aktivitäten gab es auch einige, allerdings waren diese eher minimal. Wer hier ein Hotel mit vollem Programm sucht, wo die Animation viele verschiedene Dinge anbietet und sehr aktiv im Animieren ist, ist hier eher nicht richtig. Wir haben das aber nicht gebraucht, weshalb wir es ganz angenehm fanden, dass man einfach wenn man Lust hat selbst zu den Aktivitäten gehen kann.Es wurden Pilates, Step, Yoga, Stretching, aber auch Boccia angeboten.Die Pools sind eher relativ klein und deshalb relativ schnell voll, wenn man nicht rechtzeitig zu den Liegen geht. Das hat uns aber auch nicht weiter gestört, denn wir wollten eher an den Strand. Der Strand ist durch die gut befahrene Hauptstraße abgetrennt, die man überqueren muss, um zu dem Hoteleigenen Abschnitt mit Liegen und Schirmen zu gelangen. Das hat uns aber tatsächlich auch nicht unbedingt gestört, da der Strand ganz schön war. Essen fanden wir auch gut. Es war in der Regel abwechslungsreich. Abends gab es auch Musikprogramme, die auch schön waren. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessbereich und einen Spa.
