Perfect. We enjoyed clean pools, quiet beach and a tidy room. Staff was very kind. A bit too far from town but this is because we can enjoy quiet environment.

Staff and hotel were great.. Expedia booking system is complete rubbish. It showed me a hotel on different island to flights, without any indication that we’d need to get a ferry. Our flights landed us at 10pm with our toddler and that meant we had to book a last minute hotel for the night, at midnight and then ferry at 7.30pm. Cost us a lot of money and made it a stressful start to our holiday

Très bel établissement et personnel très, très accueillait. Un grand merci à Kiki pour sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions. L’accès direct à la mer est un plus. Très belle chambre. Juste un petit bémol me concernant : j’aurais préféré que les WC soient complètement fermés.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

The property was really nice. In a nice and quiet area of the island. I do wish there were a few more dining options after 6pm other than making a reservation at the restaurant which you have to do the day before. Also the cleanliness was just ok, not terrible but not super thorough. Some of my towels and blankets had stains so I had to request new ones. I'm sure they'd been cleaned but it's just not comforting to see stains.

Customer service 0. Staff and manager did not attempt to help me with any problems. Food was awful.
We got a private pool facing the ocean and it was blasting cold water nonstop making it impossible to even put your feet in the water. It was an ice plunge.

The staff were incredibly pleasant and we had a room with the panoramic sea view which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was an incredible spread and one of the best I have seen. They were even able to convert some of my USD to EUR which was very handy. The room clean was to a high standard on a daily business and it was very easy to get around from this location by walking to local restaurants or by quad bike. My only slight issue was the wifi in our room hardly ever worked which needs to be improved as we could not stream or send emails due to this.

The hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Staff is quite kind. Breakfast (included in our case) was very good. However, dinner options we had were poor; mostly pizza and pasta; this is unacceptable, given the level of the hotel and the fact that it is located in a country with great and healthy food.

Ein sehr sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenem Pool war einfach atemberaubend. Die Deluxe Zimmer waren ca. 200m vom Hauptgebäude des Hotels entfernt, was aber kein Problem für uns war. Es fährt ein Shuttle, falls man nicht zu Fuß zum Hauptgebäude laufen möchte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und mit immer wechselnden Gerichten.
Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Zimmerreinigung war hervorragend.
Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen !

People were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom smelled of raw sewage which could be smelled in the entire suite. Water leak in hallway potential slip hazard was present everyday.
Private pool faced public area one meter away, it was not private. Difficult to get to room without access for luggage. Cost of stay was significantly overpriced for value.
