立地がよく、朝食もおいしかった。

フロントスタッフは親切で、パルテノン神殿などに行くには非常に便利でした。残念だったのは、冷蔵庫が冷えなかったこととセーフティボックスの鍵がかからなかったこと。また、ワインオープナーが汚れていて使う気がしませんでした。

We had a great stay. Our room was large. Oddly it had 3 Water Clisets and 3 showers. Plenty of space. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was good. There is a garage across the street. The walk to Old Town and the harbor was easy.

The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of all the major landmarks. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The spa was a nice addition to our stay as we used the sauna after a long day of walking. Highly recommend

We stayed here last year and had an excellent experience, so we decided to stay again this year. Firstly we checked in at 9am and understandably the room was ready we returned at 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. We had to wait in the lobby until 4.30pm before getting our room key. The room booking included a complimentary bottle of wine and we were asked if would prefer red, white or rosy but sadly no wine was delivered. I would recommend this hotel as it has a great location but the service needs improving.

My stay at COCO-MAT was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional — the staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The accommodations were comfortable, beautifully designed, and very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Coco-Mat to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great hotel in the best part of Athens, for visiting Acropolis and other ancient remains. Many nice Resturants in the immediate area as well. Hotel served a nice breakfast every day.

Nice hotel in a great area, view of the acropolis clean

We spent two nights at the COCO-MAT hotel near the Acropolis. Service was excellent from time of check in through to our departure. Room and amenities were first rate, great bath towels. The hotel’s breakfast was the best we’ve experienced in Europe. It was included in our room rate and had a wide variety of traditional hot foods and Greek breakfast staples, all very fresh. The plain Greek yogurt was so good we found ourselves eating yogurt, fruit and Greek omelets and passing up the excellent pastries. The hotel’s customer service was highlighted after we had checked out. We had booked an airport taxi through the front desk and were notified when it arrived. At the airport my passport fell out of a side pocket in the cab and was not realized until I arrived at the ticket counter. Fortunately, the taxi driver noticed the passport when getting into the taxi que and called the hotel. They checked with various lobby staff and one remembered we had mentioned our airline. The front desk gave this information to the driver and immediately began calling me to advise the passport had been found. My phone was on mute so did not hear the call. While standing at the airline checkin counter realizing a replacement passport would require missing the flight, and probably another day, or two, in Athens the taxi driver rushed up with the missing passport. It was at that point I noticed the multiple missed calls and emails from CoCo-Mat notifying me the passport had been found. Great hotel!

Breakfast was the best we had while traveling in Europe.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of amazing with a wonderful selection and à la carte orders also included. You can also use the spa facilities if you are a hotel guest which was very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good, typical Mediterranean food, fresh and good quality accompanied with delicious cappuccino. Location was very convenient to walk around Acropolis and Plaka. Staff were nice and helpful in all areas. Clean and very chic hotel.

Nice hotel and atmosphere

I chose this hotel based on location. I found the pool woukd be closed after booking.. Expedia shouid update the profile. Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the location, the huge breakfast selections (on top of which one can ask for made to order additional egg dishes), the room, the spa, etc. The best however are without a doubt the people at every position. Each person was wonderfully helpful in guiding me to tour bookings, restaurants, museums, etc. I stayed several days. Each evening I returned delighted with the experiences the staff had recommended. Based on previous reviews of this hotel, I took a risk in not booking some tours ahead of arrival. I'm so glad I waited. Not only did I save hundreds of dollars, I'm certain my experiences were of equal caliber to what I might have rebooked. The staff really know Athens and Greece. They were able to help me plan what to do, where to go, etc, on the days I had available.

A localização desse hotel não poderia ser melhor, fica muito perto de todas as atrações, especialmente da Acropole e do museu. Possível ver tudo caminhando. Muitos restaurantes próximo, desde os turisticos e tavernas maravilhosas. Quarto excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Staff muito atencioso e sempre disponível para duvidas, dicas e reservas
