10月初旬，3泊しました。平均気温が25度，夜間はかなり下がるので、部屋に付いているプールがヒーターで温められている，上位ランクのスイートを予約しました。暗くなってからの到着で，見渡す海に、朝日が昇るのを楽し見に早起きしたら、目の前に広がるのは，プールサイド。海は見えましたが，プールフロントです。 その場所は，プールの端で，プライベート感があるのか，8時ぐらいから人が横たわっていました。 私達が部屋のプールに入ると、目が合います。 それに，外は通路。部屋番号201ですが，実際にはグランドフロア。わたし達の部屋の前を同じフロアの宿泊客が行き来し、遠慮なく，ジロジロ見ていくので，非常に不愉快。隣の部屋の客なんか，高い壁から覗きこんでいました。全く，失礼な。これだったら，安くても，上層階の部屋にしたら、コバルトブルーの海を存分に眺めて楽しめたと思うと，非常に残念。 この部屋は最悪です。こんなプールに重なる部屋，設計ミスでは？隣なら、一階上なら，景色は違うはず。 かなり高額な金額を払ったのに，残念です。 スタッフは，親切で，朝食もとても良かったし、 ホテルのプールも素敵でしたが、この部屋は選ばない方がいい。と，忠告します。

It was a room with a jacuzzi. It was very relaxing. If we go up the slope a little, we can get to the cliff where we can see the great sunset. Good restaurants are scattered around. We stayed for two days. We could see a beautiful sunset in the evening of the second day. Even without visiting Oia area, we had a wonderful sunset experience. We asked the hotel to take us to the airport. we think it's kind and reasonable.

Will definitely stay here again. Very nice and spacious. Staff are nice, friendly, and made me feel like I was home.

My husband and I spent our first anniversary here! The staff was amazing and did everything to convenience us! True example of customer care! Thank you! We can’t wait to come again.

Didn’t like the way the rooms were “underground” somif you are lloking with a room with a view this is not for you. The photos of the pool loungers are not private. The hotel was nice. That said we did find bugs in our underground room. The view was terrific from the main hotel areas just not the rooms.

Great location, 5 minute walk to nearest town with bars, reactants and views. Hotel is perfect, room was great with beautiful sunrise views and private heated tub. The bar manager Cristos made our rememberable with great service and lovely cocktails.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were exceptional.I’ll definitely return and recommend it to others.

Everything was wonderful from the staff, the room, the bar and restaurant. We would recommend this for all our family and friends.

From start to finish, everything was amazing. Clean and comfortable accommodations, very good included breakfast and the staff was so helpful. We loved everything about this place and if we are lucky enough to return to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again

The property is beautiful. Rooms are nice and big. Did have an ant problem but wasn’t a huge deal. What was a big deal was our “jacuzzi” in our upgraded room. First the nights it was the perfect way to end the day. Hot and lovely. On day 4 it was cold, way cold, couldn’t use for 3 straight nights and that was so frustrating as there is not much to do without it. Felt like we were at home trying to find movies. We complained as did another couple. We were told it was the “wind” but it’s always windy. The maintenance guy finally came and turned it up as someone turned it down. We almost switched resorts it was so frustrating

Let's get the bad out of the way: our spa pool didn't work for the last 2 days of our stay. No one's did. It was "sort of" addressed... And a wind storm made most other daytime options untenable, so this was a big deal. This is not a cheap place That said- the service staff took great care of us. The concierge and wait staff were some if the best I've experienced The rooms are a bit dated but laid out very nicely and very, very clean and safe If you go, let the staff book everything for you- they get it done in seconds And have breakfast delivered- it's delicious and worth it *main pool is not heated and coooollllddd **water in any room in greek isles is not drinkable. They supply you with bottles

Our stay at this property was amazing. We stayed at the presidential suite and it was just dreamy. The included breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff service was phenomenal specially Angela at the reception. If we go to Greece again we would definitely stay there again.

Ótima localização, tem um carrefour pequeno a poucos metros do hotel e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem completo, uma delícia!

Great staff

What a beautiful property with amazing rooms! It’s so convenient to be within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. I gave it 4 stars because I did have to ask for towels and menus a few times while at the pool, and it would have been nice to have someone there to greet us, especially for a luxury hotel experience. Overall, a lovely stay!
