10月初旬，3泊しました。平均気温が25度，夜間はかなり下がるので、部屋に付いているプールがヒーターで温められている，上位ランクのスイートを予約しました。暗くなってからの到着で，見渡す海に、朝日が昇るのを楽し見に早起きしたら、目の前に広がるのは，プールサイド。海は見えましたが，プールフロントです。 その場所は，プールの端で，プライベート感があるのか，8時ぐらいから人が横たわっていました。 私達が部屋のプールに入ると、目が合います。 それに，外は通路。部屋番号201ですが，実際にはグランドフロア。わたし達の部屋の前を同じフロアの宿泊客が行き来し、遠慮なく，ジロジロ見ていくので，非常に不愉快。隣の部屋の客なんか，高い壁から覗きこんでいました。全く，失礼な。これだったら，安くても，上層階の部屋にしたら、コバルトブルーの海を存分に眺めて楽しめたと思うと，非常に残念。 この部屋は最悪です。こんなプールに重なる部屋，設計ミスでは？隣なら、一階上なら，景色は違うはず。 かなり高額な金額を払ったのに，残念です。 スタッフは，親切で，朝食もとても良かったし、 ホテルのプールも素敵でしたが、この部屋は選ばない方がいい。と，忠告します。

It was a room with a jacuzzi. It was very relaxing. If we go up the slope a little, we can get to the cliff where we can see the great sunset. Good restaurants are scattered around. We stayed for two days. We could see a beautiful sunset in the evening of the second day. Even without visiting Oia area, we had a wonderful sunset experience. We asked the hotel to take us to the airport. we think it's kind and reasonable.

Stunning hotel. Staff so helpful we were allocated an accessible room and it didn't have a separate bathroom and toilet but the reception team and concierge were so helpful in helping us to change. Big thanks to the night barman too who made some great cocktails. The sushi was pricey but lovely. Just loved this hotel and would like to stay again at some point.

Cresanto is a beautiful hotel we’ve been to. The architectural design is amazing and stunning. The services are really good. The staffs are really nice, Angela and Cristof were amazing. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Expansive property with lots space and privacy from the crowds just a 5 minute walk away. Perfect location to relax and enjoy Santorini. Excellent pools and amenities. Will come back. Thank you.

The property is stunning, lots of pool options. The staff were incredible and treated us amazing. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, a little bit uphill to get there.

Help full friendly staff. Near new . Nice breakfast and dinner . Plenty of parking. Only down side expedia listed the location to have hot tub sadly NO hot tub.

Så mysigt hotell och bra service från städpersonal samt i baren. Receptionen var mindre bra och depositionen kom som en överraskning trots att vi mailat hotellet i förväg. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse, läget med den fina utsikten samt närheten till staden är svår att slå!

Beautiful facilities. Professional staff. Nice views. Walking distance to nice restaurants and gorgous views. Located a long walk from Fira, Oia, etc. If long walks are not your thing, bus, car rental or taxi rides ($50 one way) available are available.

This hotel is absolutely terrific! The staff were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean. It was in an excellent location for a walk down into Fira although Imervigoli had plenty of restaurants too. We will definitely come back next time we visit Santorini!

We stayed in the newly renovated Lagoon Room and it was amazing! It was exactly like the 3D rendering on the listing and not a thing was different. From what I understand, it was completed only a few weeks before we arrived and what a great job they did! The staff is kind and attentive to your every need and the owner is always walking around the property making sure you’re taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Servir uniquement du café filtre au petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un hôtel qui se prétend 5 étoiles. Nous avions réservé une suite de deux chambres, mais avons demandé à changer de chambre en raison de la vue sur une station-service et de la petite taille des pièces. À notre avis, il est plus avantageux de réserver deux chambres séparées plutôt que cette suite. Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes très déçus de notre expérience et estimons que l’hôtel ne répond pas aux attentes associées à sa classification. ⭐⭐

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. The breakfast was delicious. Our room had a beautiful view and room service was fast. Definitely would come again. Good location about 5 min walk to the start of the town.
